Ahhck, It feels kind of painful to do this, but...

After some fumbling, you manage to get the visor off.
It turns out there's a small slot on the back with...a tube? And a syringe that was once in you?
Besides that, the inside looks very hi-tech, though there's one cracked part at the side where the circuitry is broken. As you take it off, some bullet fragments fall out of the crack.

It's a 9x19mm Parabellum hollow point round. The way the bullet fragments appear to have expanded certainly makes a connection.

And, what tutorials? You don't remember anything of the sort recently.

This thing is heavy. Pushing it feels like pushing a refrigerator.
You leave some skid marks on the floor from the shuffling, but you manage to reveal a wire leading from a wall outlet to the back of the cabinet.

    The character doesn't remember that.

Nothing visible happens when you do so. The only place you can think of that the wire would lead to is the top compartment of the cabinet, though, so you go ahead and roll the cover up.

Well...This is interesting. There are nine metal blocks with worn numbers on them. It looks like they used to be connected, but the wires look like they were torn out. There are two soldering pencils on the top, though most of the slots are empty.

    Planning!

    > Examine legs.
Seriously? You get your mobility back and don't even think of this?

    > ...Replace headband?
I'm not actually sure if we should or not.

    > Review tools.
In all likelihood, that's the reason they were in this cabinet in the first place.

    ...But it's probably just me.

Is this a connect the dots kind of puzzle? 9 leads to the outlet, 1 leads to the soldering pencils. How do we connect them is beyond me at this point. ¬_¬

Probably involves those faint neon-blue markings on the backboard.

After you plug the cabinet back in, you figure you'll need to have your hands free to do things, so you put the visor back on...

...Hey, wait, you didn't feel that thing before. There seem to be two more syringes down here. You take them out to examine.

Well, this is most certainly not a creepy and unambiguous name for something that looks to be injected into you. You store both in the same pocket you put the control drug in, just in case.

Creepier still, there are two huge scars on your legs. Now that you focus on them, you think your bones feel slightly heavier and a lot stronger, too.

And here are your tools. A metal hacksaw, a drill, three rubber-handled screwdrivers of varying lengths, five metal drill bits of varying bore, and five metal hex keys of varying size.
    In your inventory:
    Handgun
    Health kit x 2
    CTRLDRG, KILLTOX x 2

Unfortunately, these are those welded-on and covered hinges. Whoever built this thing must've wanted it to withstand an orbital drop or something.

They're flat and slightly transparent, but there's really nothing you can do with the tools besides drill a hole in it, which probably wouldn't be very productive.

Use the drill bits to bridge the 1-4, 4-7, 7-8, and 8-9 connections.

The largest drill bit is big enough that you can just jam it in, but you have to use your hand to hold the second one in place (You've pulled your sleeve over it so you don't get electrocuted if/when the circuit completes). The third and fourth largest ones don't bridge the gap completely.

No point in holding it there, really, since you'll likely need both hands for whatever you're about to so...d...er? God, I hate that word.

You remove the held drill bit.

The hex keys are about equal in proportion to the drill bits.
