A looped tetris game, where there is always at least 3 blocks!
Your avatar can be anything your heart desires...

EDIT: wait, it's one of those images that changes when you refresh...

HOW DO YOU PEOPLE MAKE THOSE

Guys, should I add the Midinght Crew thing from the Extras page? IT's sort of an MSPAFA and it'd be convenient...

...great I hadn't realized you were always the same person ...

    okay nevermind offtopicness.

anyway this mirror seems pretty good and easy to use.

I honestly can't see why anyone would vandalise an adventures page (Friendship is paramount yo!)

But when its this easy I guess things could happen.

I doubt I'll stick anything up there, my mirroring system is working pretty well. can you even do fancy stuff with the font in that system? (I mean, I'm sure it's possible, but is it readily available to anyone?)

If you mean stuff like bold, and Whatever this is called (I forget)
Then yes, you can, you simple use the same bbcode as on this forum.

For some reason I feel like mirroring ANDREW'S stuff on a server which has code liberally ripped from HIS site, without asking, when we don't even know if he'd be cool with us hosting fan stuff on this thing, is a bad idea. Potentially frustrating ordinary authors by putting their stuff on without asking is bad enough, doing it to Andrew might be I dunno the kind of thing that might have reprecussions for this mirroring site in general.

I mean don't get me wrong I love this concept and what's been done. So much that I mirrored my own deal! But going around mirroring things willy nilly, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA42, don't seem like a good plan. Maybe look into that?

You can't bold, because the text is bold by default

lolzorine told me via PM he will add a [background=lightblue:2cy4iwa9]background[/background:2cy4iwa9] tag and suchlike. I don't know how much fancier it gets than [spr:2cy4iwa9]that[/spr:2cy4iwa9] [sub:2cy4iwa9]bizness[/sub:2cy4iwa9].

I don't know why the mirror would accept bbcode instead of html but then I didn't make it so what would I know. I'd think you could just copy and paste and not have to edit anything. I'd check but it's passworded now

Yes, you can just copy and paste it, and it'll auto format,
    (Instead of stuff such as
    )
The only things you would needs to self do are some bbcodes,
such as Obviously though, it is already bolded.

    Yes, exactly.

Mirroring Andrew's stuff isn't a good idea; it's not an MSPAFA because it's an MPSA. Andrew isn't fanning himself. Also...

Permission is necessary. Using other people's art without their permission is infringing on their rights and, thus, rude. Did I mention it's also infringing on their rights?

Cool concept, but it needs to be done legit.

No but seriously yeah it'd be nice to ask first, but it's not as if any of these authors are paying for domain registration or making money off of merch. They're forum posts. It's sort of assumed to be in the public domain.

All it takes is a simple PM to the authors or Andrew to ask if they're ok with it. If they're not then change the page layout or take down the adventure. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

I'm very sure you should be asking people first before mirroring their work. This includes Andrew. Most people will be fine, some will not.

    Don't risk anything.

Re: So I made a website.

I don't mean to sound like a dick, either. I think this is a really, really good idea and smart for the community.

At some point, I'd like to see some sort of easy gallery set up for sharing ALL of the collective MSPA fan art and MSPFA fan art because a lot of it is getting lost in the wind and I think that's a damn shame. I was considering doing something like what Marty has here. Everyone could have a username and their own album, so the effort would be on the individuals part instead of a few very active busybodies (good work on this stuff by the way), which means it could be less effective but you guys continue to surprise me on the wiki with user contributions.

    I've asked Andrew directly yesterday.
    Waiting for an answer.

As for the Midnight Crew, I think it's a cool idea, but maybe we should ask him ? I don't know.

    For now, a few BBCodes work : [ b][ /b], [ i][ /i], [ u][ /u], [ strk][ /strk], [ url=*][ /url], [ color=*][ /color] and [ img]*[ /img]. And it can get as fancy as you wish, it's really easy.

HTML is rarely used in these kind of forms because it can allow injection...
And since these are originally Forum Adventures, I used the forum's BBCodes so that people can copy and paste...

But I think I'll get rid of the "all bold" thing, and maybe I can make the majority of these BBCodes usable in html form without risk. I'll have a look at it today.

    A deviantart-like thingy ?

So from what I gather, Archduke and Aryogaton mirrored their adventures, AAAAAAAAAA42 did a whole bunch of stuff, and... well I've lost track. Coding a user system right now.

Way less flashy, though wouldn't something like that be neat? Obviously we're a community of hundreds, not thousands, or else I'd consider something to that degree. I think just a basic index of what great stuff we've got is in order.

Back when PS was in full swing, I was still able to keep up with pretty much all of the fan art. Now with HS, there's no way I could keep tabs on even half of it. It sucks and I don't want to have to lose out on it, so it's kind of selfish of me.
