You eat the meat. You are sufficiently in need of the energy that you tear it up and chew it for faster digestion.

The removed sensors and actuators and the damaged radio transceiver will grow back within a couple of weeks. In the spacecraft there is an LDC that you could replace your damaged radio transceiver with, and other tools that you could use for their telekinetic, REMI, and REMS capabilities, though they will not match your original biological ones.

You don't see the point of that; it would prevent many possible beneficial future interactions with these humans.

You would only be able to get cramps if you managed your digestion very badly. You are absorbing a lot of nutrition very rapidly, having eaten the food in tiny pieces.

It is a bit difficult to do this by holding the weapon in your mouth and while blindfolded, but you succeed without damaging yourself further.

From the length of the weapon you think that one can probably get to/from this room without passing through narrow corridor corners; that would mean no spiral staircases (you would look up whether humans would be building those at this tech level, but you once again remember that you are currently unnetworked).

Having cut it off, you find you can also hear and smell a lot better too (it was covering your ears and pinching your snout). You are in the south half of a room with several cages built into it. Your subject is (by appearance and scent) probably in the cage to yours. You also smell that animals stay here a lot, though you cannot identify which species, and hear a faint sound coming from under the floor.

For one disturbing moment, I thought that was a pair of legs and a tail tied up in the next cell, their owner having apparently self-dismembered in an attempt to escape.
Then I realized it was just the limits of sensory range.

You must stretch, and the leverage at this distance means you cannot apply enough pressure to cut rope easily. Your subject moves slightly in response to the touch. It probably is asleep or unconscious.

The hatch moved slightly when you tried to lift it before, and now that you can pull the handle up much harder you do so. Something underneath partly snaps and the hatch lifts a bit further, making a small gap on the west edge.

It is too dark to see what is under there; the hatch does not open wide enough to let much light down. However you can hear a rumbling sound and smell what might be some micro-organisms typically found in damp conditions (you are of course unable to access the sub-database that would let you confirm it).

The bar is now looser at the bottom and will now move more than before, but it is not completely free to be bent away from the other bars, and you think that the spear cannot exert more force on it without the pointy end of it breaking off.

It was being held down by a rope.

    There is a tunnel below.

You hear humans approaching in the distance, from the direction the original one came from and went to.

You just about fit down the hatch. There is a thin layer of water flowing across the floor here. The rumbling sound you heard before is coming from the east.

It is too late for that. You would be unable to disguise the fact that you have already cut your bindings.

You take the rope down, but you must leave the spear because it is too long to navigate the corner. Before you can close the hatch, you hear the door being unbarred above.
