You've had THE BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO MEDICINE lying around for a while now, but you haven't had much use for it since you went to that FREE LECTURE a couple of months ago. It is mostly just a load of old rubbish now, but you keep it around for kicks anyway.

The poster beside it is your old SBURB POSTER. It was this REALLY AWESOME GAME that was announced two years ago, but for some reason it got CANCELLED before the betas were supposed to be sent out. SPHONY seems to be its REPLACEMENT. You're hoping for your friend's sake that the betas arrive without any problems.

You have this really outdated and annoying modus known as WHEEL MODUS. This MODUS is almost completely unpredictable, where any attempt to CAPTCHALOGUE something is met by the chance of putting it in the RIGHT CARD. Luckily, you've grown used to it over the few months you've had it, and can usually predict the outcome. Practitioners using it without EFFICIENT TRAINING could end up with their house in COMPLETE RUIN.

Key Modus: You can store up to twelve items in your sylladex, however, only seven are available at a time. To access the other items, you must TRANSPOSE to a different KEY. Moving the root note up or down, however, will altogether EJECT items that are moved outside of OCTAVE RANGE.
