A second MSPAFA! This one is going to be a collaboration with my sister, furubafan3, so you'll see both of our art and characters. This is kind of self-intsertish, and maaaaybe a bit sue-ish. But it was part of a huge comic I was working on with my friends and I as characters, and I thought, hey, why not make it an MSPA out of it? I'll give you guys most of the control, so you don't have to worry about OMG SPARKLY I AM THE GREASTEST DESU characters. ^^; Hope you guys enjoy it!

Your name is Melanie Willis, and you are about to attend the reading of your grandfather's last will and testament. What will you do?

Recall the last time you saw your grandfather.

You recall last week, where Grandfather let you steer one of his airships. He had said that you have been learning quickly, and that maybe he would help you build an airship of your own. He said he would also ask your parents if you could accompany him on his next venture; mapping the Isle of Serpenta.

Go attend the aforementioned will reading.

You take your place among your family members, while sweeping a gaze around the room.

Your cousins, Margaret, Molly, and Tristan have come in their Academy uniforms.

Across from them are three of your aunts.

And then there is you and your immediate family.
From left to right is your little brother Andrew, your father, your mother, yourself, your older sister Tiffany, and your younger sister Emily.

You've tried, multiple times. He refuses to be neat for anything, even a will reading or the funeral earlier that week. When you told him it would be rude not to clean up, he said "Grandpa never cared how dirty I was! And so if being dirty is okay for him, it should be okay for every one else, 'specially since it's his party!" You remember your mother sighing, it was a miracle he even tucked in his shirt.

The lawyer at the front of the room clears his throat and takes out a large envelope. Taking the papers within out and unfolding them, he reads the last will and testament of your late grandfather:

I am so very glad that you all could come gather here today, to here an old man blather for one last time.
It means a great deal to me for you to listen. I'll be watching over you all from wherever I end up, whether it is Heaven or Hell or some place like that. I admit, I am a bit curious to where I'll end up, but I'll stall my pondering for now and leave each of you something to remember me by.

I, Robert Willis, (of 163 Lincoln Avenue, Middleton, Europa) hereby write my last will and testament, being of sound mind and memory. I allocate my personal belongings to the following people in the following manner.
Molly and Margaret; I loved watching you come to the stables and care for the animals, whether they were fine stallions or old mules. Your gentle hands helped the ground flourish. That is why I leave you with Canterbury Grounds, where you can tend at the stables whenever you wish.

Tristan; you are a fine young man, with much promise. You were always a brash one, but that has made you an admirable figure. To you, I leave you my air cruiser, a ship you took to keenly last time you visited. I hope you enjoy sailing! I also know you've become a jack of all trades. With that in mind, I'll give you the key to my personal workshop.

To my daughters; I care about each of you dearly, and I am proud to have fathered each of you. I have watched you as tripping toddlers who became doctors, nurses, and teachers. I am proud of each and every one of you, and that is why I give each one of you exactly one fourth (1/4) of my life savings. I also Sukey (mother of Tristan, Molly and Margaret) my current place of residence, so the children may reach the academy with ease and not have to take the hour long carriage ride there. I remember frequently talking to Tristan about how boring the ride was, and I hope he will find this change enjoyable.
(Also, I have recently installed a few secret passages for the children. I do hope they will explore and find the extra surprises I've left them there!)

To Chamnan; I remember when I found you orphaned in the Kingdom of Kampuchea, when I was exploring there. When I took you in you were amazed at the simplest things, and I admit, I did spoil you because it warmed my heart to see your eyes widen at the simplest of things, like your own room and running water. You later proved to be an intelligent girl, with great bravery and strength. This is also true in your husband, Huy, a strong man with stronger heart. I give you two the remaining fourth of my savings, and don't you dare refuse it like last time! I know you have made it thus far on your own, (an amazing feat for a mechanic and a stay at home mother!) but listen to your father for once. I also leave you my other Middleton estate; the one that is a bit run down. I know Huy and those devious little inventors you call your children will have a ball fixing it up. Speaking of your children:

Tiffany; you have grown to be a downright proper gentlewoman! I know you have an eye for fashion and trinkets and all that, so I leave you the collections of treasures I've found on my travels. I hope something special catches your eye, and you'll wear while thinking of me.

Melanie; you are a natural born airship captain. I'd like to leave you the Lady, and the contents within. There you will find some interesting documents. Read them please, and I assure you, you will find the adventure you have been longing for. (I could see it in your eyes, and I would hate to see that zeal wasted.)

Emily and Andrew: You two have always been fascinated by my stories, particularly the exciting ones with the savages and danger.

I leave you two my ray gun collection; however you are not allowed to use them until you are old enough to shoot! Emily, I give you the key to my fencing room, along with the swords within.
All four of you are to be given the keys to the shed in the yard of the other Middleton estate; you'll find one last surprise there.

And now, Lord Death has come to pay me a visit. It seems that it is time for one last adventure. To all of you, goodbye. I will see you all sometime in the future.

That would be one of his more...mundane activities. Andrew is a little devil, and the rest of Norbridge knows it. Back home, he leads a pack of sneaky mongrels who set out around town and cause mischief. Like the time he managed to steal the baker's toupee right off his head! He claims he uses his findings in "projects" of his. You admit, he's clever. He's just also a huge bother.

The Lady?
Do tell.

The Lady, who's full title is The Lady of the Sky, is (or was) your grandfather's exploring airship. While your cousin Tristan inherited the air yacht, you've inherited the airship where your grandfather has mapped out nearly the entire known world, and the same ship he flew when he found your mother. It is an adventurer's ship, and he's left it for you! You've only seen it once before, and that was when you were quite small. In fact, you only remember what it looks like through drawings your mother made when she was small.
