Quick question, does anyone know any artists that can emulate Yoshitaka Amano's style? I'm interested in commissioning a tattoo design but none of my artist friends know anyone who can help.

Oftentimes a good tattoo artist themselves can do things like that. Some artists will even draw up the tattoo for free if they're sure they're going to get your business for the actual tattoo. (You definitely want to shell out for something that cool though)

I'm sort of at a loss right now. I don't know exactly how to form this into a coherent idea, but I don't really know where I can go to get working critique. I don't talk to a lot of people and don't have many friends, but it's something I like about the art community in that it just feels cohesive, and in fact needs cohesiveness to exist, but I guess I'm confused as to where to start?

So its not an original piece... I made this mashup today with one of my favorite songs, "Imagine" and mashed it with "Explore". I think it turned out pretty great, oddly enough these songs both have about the same tempo.. So, what do you guys think?

This isn't really the thread for that, this thread seems to be for more general chat about techniques, tips and tricks, as well as organising events and not specifically showing off tracks. There's the "fan music" and "music I made" threads for that more than this one, I think. I know that you're super proud of the song and want to put it wherever you can, but I just don't think this is the thread for it...
