Yeah, so I'm just learning to draw. It's 90% doing practice and following books and guides and stuff, which is good because I've about no natural talent to speak of, but I wanted to draw something for fun and maybe share it! So I drew this and then I put it through photoshop to ink and colour it (something I hadn't done before so I didn't know what I was doing!). Despite all this self-deprecation though I like the result and want to share it.

Basically the Nicholas Cage movie The Sorcerer's Apprentice made me think of Homestuck because it's a Nick Cage film about wizards. It also came out a bit over a year after when Homestuck took place, so I like to think of it as a sort of "One year later..." deal where our heroes watching a movie indicates that All Is Well and Life Goes On, etc.

SO GOOD. I love how the characters' personalities all shine through perfectly, and the faint hint of blood color in their face shading. EXCELLENT.
