I'm playing a yellow-blooded troll, so I'm kind of in the lower middle, 'though in the colony he's from (or some shit, I dunno) he's fulfilling a rather vital role. Anyway, long story short, I'd be all up for a new session, as long as the pacing isn't outrageously fast. I will update this post with my profile.

Basically, cC lives on a continent of Alternia / colony where the general troll population is immensily centralized, so much that they are forced to live in towers (similar, indeed, to how tA lives), and in order to make sure that they don't reach the point of starvation, the upper castes have assigned those with yellow blood as a sort of Police force / Extermination squads whose main duty is to make sure that the lower levels never achieve the kind of unity and focused will to overthrow their corrupt and dictatorial superiors. This is done by weeding out criminals, thought-criminals and other "seedy and suspicious" elements. The upside is, they get marginally better standards of living, as they've got a few floors restricted only to the Executioners. On the downside, they're never allowed to visit the upper floors, and no one in the lower likes them.
