My computers... are pretty tricked out at the moment.

I went for straight-up Dave, and then went for something better. Here's my desktop:

Hover and Click on Start Button:



Color Wheel Start Button, Red Theme, Background is this on Fit, but I edited out the top and bottom parts and made it into this.

Firefox is on Hephaestus Persona, and Google Chrome is on Midnight Crew. Windows Media Player is on the FreshJamz skin of course. Using Pesterchum as a secondary chat.

I like my logon screen set to my wallpaper, but it stretches it instead of fitting, which I like. The exact fit of the picture used in the screenshot is this, on stretch.

I'd say, close enough. I don't like using big icons, so I don't. Aaaand I don't use a screen saver.

Had to remake the wallpaper in Photoshop.



I'm using Google Chrome with the Typheus theme and icon, Pesterchum 2.1 with a 6.0 theme, and I'm not sure what to use the ^CAKE and ~ATH for yet.

There's this Winterboard theme which gets your iPod about as close as it can to being Dave's.

HomeScreen (eBuddy icon is Pesterchum, Safari icon is Hephaestus. Rename the icons to the app you want them on. They will NOT work if you don't rename them.)





LockScreen (The record empties out to a gray circle as battery depletes.)

Not sure where I got the icons, they're somewhere on the site, but I'm re-posting them anyway. (Some of these were made by me.)

My cursors are custom-made, please share with credit to me. Design based on Andrew's Pesterchum. I like the pointer shadow off with no tails.

The rest, they can be found in an old thread in Comic discussion somewhere, but for convenience, they're in the Cursors folder.

You can use this to make your RocketDock look like Rose's if you drop it in the "RocketDock/Skins/" folder. Then you can put shortcuts on, probably using the icons from here.

Haha, actually, I just added them in the updated screen shot because I changed the theme color and made the icons big. I have music programs and such so I figure they can serve a purpose.

Note: My Complete Bullshit is just a folder containing random stuff. The spreadsheet is what I use to keep basic profiles of characters, in case HS gets particularly hectic.

I use the black spirograph screensaver from this thread, and my background for the logon screen is this image.

I'm also using this Sollux persona in Firefox:


Nothing too fancy overall, but I think it works.

I have a Homestuck desktop, login screen, WMP skin, icons, cursor, screensaver, and a direct link on my desktop to sburban jungle for when I'm in the mood (it's my fave homestuck song). Oh, and a chrome theme. And I have a whole internet bookmark category dedicated to MSPA. I made a neighbourhood on my lil bro's copy on Sims 2 on his PC called Skaia, and so far there're 6 families; Egbert, LaLonde, Strider, Harley, Pyrope, and Megido (the Pyropes and Megidos are the red and blue teams respectively). I have Pesterchum, but frequently use MSN where my username is [c=12]centuarsTesticle[/c] and my personal message is [c=12]D --> The lesser b100ds e%tremely disgust me[/c] and my pic is Equius being STRONG and I pretend to be Equius because I am a Sagittarius. The only person who gets it is my friend Danni who is busy being Tavros because she is a Taurus and has kitted out her PC with a few Homestuck-y things too.

Yay, my Persona is being used. Right now I'm using the one I made of all the (main) sprites.

My desktop is pretty...yeah. The title is no joke. I have a bookmark folder of my favorite pages from HS, have saved all of the first 4 chapters of Homestuck's images, and constantly stay up to date with all the Homestuck art on dA. Also my PS3 account has the Homestuck theme and LoHaC background, my phone has a Dave: Accelerate pic, and Beatdown as the ringtone. Now I feel like this is an AA meeting >_>

I think my desktop Skaia Orbiter fits into this thread pretty well... Currently it's all I've got on my desktop, with a black background, and it's a nice interesting replacement for a wallpaper.

Plus it MOOOOOOOVES.
