RELUCTANT ALLIES FORMED! TOKEN EVIL TEAMMATE GATHERED!!!
???
Okay yeah there is no way anyone could possibly profit from this.
>LS: Confirm that, if you die, she dies. Like a destiny thing.
LS: Alright, I get it now. So, if I die, you die too, huh?
SE: What? No. Why would they do that if they wanted to REPLACE you? They fully intended on killing you once I took your place.
LS: Then why would you ever want to help me then?
SE: Because you're my sister, I love you, and I care very deeply about your well-being.
LS: A likely story from an evil demon.
SE: Who said I was evil? I mean, I have a dark side, sure, but everyone has a good and evil side.
LS: But you said...
SE: That they made me exactly as selfish as you are selfless, and exactly as evil as you are good.
>Wait... if you're evil...
...
>How would have the evil as you are good part worked in this plan? Would the demon have raised LS as a good person to turn SE evil?
LWT: So does that mean Ninja Girl is the evil twin?
LS: SHUT UP, LAVERNE!
SE: Wait. It's not like that... necessarily.
LS: You have 10 seconds to explain before I stab you on principle.
SE: It's not like we're permanently linked. Sure, there's bound to be SOME similarities in our lives since we're essentially the same person, but we're not tied by fate. I rebelled because I heard about you doing it, and was inspired by your example. Because it was in your nature, it was in mine too, but nothing was FORCING me to do it. People can change over time based on circumstances and environment. Just because you were my opposite then doesn't mean you have to be my EXACT opposite now.
LS: Then what's the point if the clone might come out good?
SE: Well, first of all, no one really expected you to be THAT spoiled.
LS: HEY!
SE: ...and since Tros are usually mindless, their true morality isn't that important. They just mimic and allow demons an inside ear on the situation and a possible avenue of assassination. A good Tro is still a useful tool. True, an evil one would be a bit more useful, but the plan wasn't completely destroyed by that oversight.
LS: Okay. I could see that.
SE: Besides, I'm certain you've softened up. I've kept an eye on you over your life and from the stories I've heard, you DID change.
>Ask her why she's never come out before now, there's been plenty of other dramatic times.
LWT: Acceptance is the first step, Ninja Girl.
LS: Okay. Fine. I was a bit spoiled as a kid. I can see where you're coming from. That doesn't mean I trust you, though. You could've shown yourself to me at any time in the last 2 years. Why now?
SE: Honestly, I would've preferred you never known I exist. If we're together, it makes it all the easier for the netherworld to replace you. They know pretty well how to get me to do things I don't want to. It's not like they stopped trying either. They almost pulled it off when you were six. Remember?
LS: I was unconscious for almost the whole thing. I only remember one thing about it, a rather cryptic message from the man that saved me. It's odd. That one line stuck with me for my whole life. That whole birthday was one of the weirder ones, and that's coming from someone that's been kidnapped on every birthday they've ever had. But yes, fine. That makes sense. That doesn't explain why you're here now.
SE: To be honest, I have a bit of a dilemma that's been troubling me recently. A moral crisis, if you will. I was hoping that being around you might give me an answer to my problem. You're always seem so strong and decisive, while I seem to only have regrets. I was hoping to maybe figure out what's different about us and learn your secret. I don't need anything more. I just want to spend some time with you. I'll be on my way after I've made my decision. You'll never hear from me again. I can even help out. I'll help carry Han to the Inn. What do you say?
LWT: Wait. You've been kidnapped on EVERY birthday?
LWT! Asking the IMPORTANT questions.

>It sounds like Sevens didn't die, just fell unconscious, so have LWT carry him to the inn and tie him up.
> LS: Ask SE what this 'moral crisis' is.
LWT: Alright. Sounds like we're going to the inn.
LS: Not quite. I want to hear this reason first. Then I'll decide.
LWT: Ninja Girl. Don't you think you're being a bit mean?
LS: Maybe so, Laverne, but while Harold's not here, my job is to keep this team and anyone associated alive and finish the mission. Anything that might endanger those goals is officially a problem, no matter how sympathetic.
SE: It's okay, Laverne. I'll explain. It sounds a bit silly, but I'm thinking about trying to take down the netherworld.
LS: What? As in like a section of it?
SE: No. Pretty much the entire thing.
LS: What? Are you crazy? You'll be utterly annihilated.
SE: That's kind of the point.
LS: What?
SE: The netherworld wants me back at any costs. Revealing the existence of my kind makes the netherworld lose a HUGE weapon for the demons. So, they'll do anything to get me back and destroy anyone that knows about me. Any person that meets me is in danger of their wrath. As much as I love my freedom, it brings pain to so many people, and I can't fix all the problems I cause. So, I'm thinking I may need to give up for their sake, but I can't bring myself to being brainwashed and being a drone again. Then they might destroy you. So, I figure I should at least take one last stand and do some damage on my way out. Doesn't even have to be the netherworld. Just a first thought. Still, even realizing this is the better option for everyone else, I want to live free. Is that wrong? Does that make me selfish? How can I make up for all the pain I cause?
LWT: Good Demon Girl... You can't destroy yourself. There's gotta be plenty to live for.
SE: Even then. Is it worth letting potentially hundreds, maybe thousands, die for it?
LS: You really are my opposite, aren't you?
SE: What?
LS: Alright. I believe you. Laverne, help her gather up our weapons and carry Han. We'll take our gambler friend with us. We can ask questions there.
SE: Then... you mean?
LS: Welcome to the team, sis.
SE: What changed your mind?
LS: Don't look too much into it. I just realized we need the extra hands to get back to the inn quickly. I'll help you with your question if you help with some of the work around here. Deal?
SE: Absolutely.
>LS: It sounds like Sevens didn't die, just fell unconscious, so have LWT carry him to the inn and tie him up.
LS: Alright, Laverne. You take the gambler here, and I'll...
Sevens: Heh. What are you, stupid? Gonna have to kill me.
LS: You're still conscious? You're hardier than I thought.
Sevens: Kill me. lost to a superior opponent.
LS: Why should I? You'd make a good hostage for information.
Sevens: Tenhou can't take me. Secret. You don't have room or time. Torture only works on those that fear death and pain. Not me. Leave me alone, I'll break free. Send me to jail, Guild breaks me out. Let me go... I'll hunt down every last person you've ever cared for and kill them one by one. Then come for you. Never stop. Kill me. Your only choice... Just like him... Just like him...Don't be stupid...
LS: WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?
Sevens: Heh. Exact same decision as that time. Wonder if you'll choose different. You're not so different. Deep down. Both monsters. Always will be.
>Use your Dr.Ninja skills to amputee his luck, then let him go.

>Just knock him out and take him to the inn for now and see what Harold thinks should be done with him. Holding him for a few hours shouldn't be much problem.
> LS: Oh, come on, you *tried* to kill the replacement Jack. Obviously you don't have a problem with killing people. Cut his head off. If you don't, you gonna have to disable him -- and are you really comfortable with cutting off his arms, legs, and tongue? Because that's what it would take.
> ES: Kill Sevens when LS decides not to.
> Han: Kill Sevens when ES decides not to. Then pass out.
(Avatar thanks to a very sharp windstorm.)
>Harold have captured another Harold when they come back
Sevens, you may be bleeding out, but that's no excuse to talk like Mordin.
> LS: Oh, come on, you *tried* to kill the replacement Jack. Obviously, you don't have a problem with killing people.
Actually, you do. While you'd be lying if you said you weren't responsible for a couple of deaths here and there, it's not something you like doing, and it's something that your Dr. Inja side tries to avoid at all costs. You suppose that's one major influence your idiot of a father had on you.
The wounds may seem severe, but you tried your hardest to make them as non-lethal as possible. This would still kill a lesser opponent, but you have a feeling this guy could stand worse. Besides, you have to mess a guy up pretty bad or leave him injured without attention for several minutes before it's impossible for you to fix him up, and sometimes subduing a tougher opponent just takes a lot of force.
As for trying to kill Jack of All Trades... Well, Han and your "sister" did most of that, and apart from the giant sword wound and Han inadvertently injecting poison in his eye, he could've gotten away with worse.
Besides, Laverne would never let you live it down if you just decapitated a guy right in front of him, and you couldn't stand the month of goofy idiot lectures that would bring.
LS: Don't be stupid. If you couldn't scratch me just now, my mother would wipe the floor with you, and you probably wouldn't be able to break through my father's thick skull with a cannon.
Sevens: Just scared. Know I could find someone. Watch you suffer.
LS: Alright. He's mumbling like an idiot. We'll take him back to the inn and see if Harold can figure out something to do with him. We'll figure out what to do from there.
Sevens: Harold? That Jack's new name? He can't help. He's the one. Same dilemma. 13 years ago. Doomed him. Besides. Probably won't be alive long. Never stop fighting. Fighting now. Someone much stronger. Doomed you all.
Han: 13 years? But that would be...
LS: We'll figure it out later. He's trying to trick us. He thinks I'm prideful enough to do what he wants, but if there's one thing I hate...
>LS: Just knock him out and take him to the inn for now and see what Harold thinks should be done with him. Holding him for a few hours shouldn't be much problem.
LS: It's a villain that just won't shut up. Now. Like I said. We'll take him back to the hotel, nurse our wounds, and someone can make sure he stays put while we go and find out what's up with Harold or Jack or whatever we're calling him now. Let's hope that if Harold IS in trouble that Mia can help him until we arrive. Sis, you help Han. Laverne, you carry Sevens. Desi and I will carry the weapons.
LWT: Where do you keep all those things anyway?
LS: Ninja secret, Laverne. Ninja secret.
>Assign one person to keep punching Sevens so that he won't wake up.
Alternatively:
>Locate bear.
Laverne: initiate hug
> All: Road trip to the hotel!
> DVS: Brag.
> SE: Travelling Music.
(Avatar thanks to a very sharp windstorm.)
DVS: Be a little squeamish about removing weapons that are stuck in a person's body.
Laverne: Tie up with his own belt and gag him with his own bowtie.
>LS: tie him with rope.
>LS: tie him with rope.
LS: Alright. I have Sevens tied up with rope and sedated and the weapons gathered (no thanks to you guys). So, we should be able to just head to the inn and...
>Laverne: Initiate Hug
LS: WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING!?
LWT: I love you guys.
DVS: We're a great team.
SE: Let's never split up.
LS: You know I expect this out of Laverne, but you should know better, sister.
SE: Aww... Come on. Just join us on the feel good express. We saved you a first class seat. You know you want to.
LS: There are much more important things to worry about.
Han: This still hurts.
LS: Can we just head to the inn now?
>Harold: Where the heck are you? Better not be doing something stupid.
LWT: Hey, Ninja Girl.
LS: Yes, Laverne?
LWT: What do you think Sevens meant about that whole "same decision" and "doomed" thing?
LS: Well, if it is our Harold he was talking about, I'd guess it has something to do with when he left the Gamblers. Honestly, I don't think it's relevant to our current situation. The Gamblers may be here, but that doesn't change our goals.
LWT: Still, I can't help but think there's something more to this story.
LS: He did seem to know all too much about Harold. Sounds like he did something more than just leave the Gamblers. Han. Do you know anything that might help?
Han: He said he stayed behind because he was afraid of what they'd do to him if he left. Jack was pretty high-ranking in the Gamblers. He could've replaced one of the flush eventually. If he left, they'd hunt him more than any of us, and everyone would know his name and face. Still, that's no excuse for betraying us. We could've protected him. Even death would be better than going back to those monsters just to save his sorry hide.
LS: Aren't you being a little harsh? Maybe he had another reason.
Han: If that was the case, why didn't he tell Mia or me? We were his best friends. Even if he did finally make the right decision, it doesn't excuse what he did. If he really loved her, he would've never stayed. Not after what they did to her. He shouldn't have. Did her sacrifice mean nothing to him? I just can't forgive a man like that. It's just not right.
LS: What are you mumbling about?
Han: It's a long story. I just hope you never live to see Jack betray you too.
LWT: ARE YOU CRAZY!? The Boss would never do any of that. He's a good guy deep down. He HAD to have another reason.
Han: You don't know everything about him Laverne. He puts out that exterior, but he got a pretty big dark side to him. He's done some pretty bad things. I thought he had softened up once, but if he still has that demon in him, he's not someone to trust. Uh... No offense.
SE: None taken.
LWT: I still think you should give him one more chance. The Boss I know isn't like the Boss you described. Sure, he does things in a round about way sometimes, but he always has a reason.
Han: You know...
Han: I hope you're right, Laverne. I hope you're right.
Jack: Expository flashback, double time!
Laverne and co.: Thud back to hotel.
>big bad: tell underlings that stevens his falled
>Jack: Break down the door.
