I love the memory idea!
I'm a tad worried about one thing, however: Can we delete unneeded memories? If not, I see those slots filling up entirely too quickly.

Check out the next room for any signs of circles.
>Record door opening and proceed.
Record the opening doors.
Carefully gather some glass from that pipe. Throw it forward, and record.
Proceed.
[21:38] <MalkyTop> I'm not good at writing bad. | [13:12] <Shellghost> I can't tell if I'm crying or if my eyes came.
She made it very clear, just by opening her mouth to speak, that she was not a mere damsel, that she was a woman. And that she was a person above all.
She was what you would draw if someone asked you to draw a lady, but her bony cold hands were an old man's. Fists that were used to clenching.
I went home immediately after talking to her, and fell asleep soon after, concluding that if we were rain, I was drizzle and she was hurricane.
He puffed once, twice, from his cigar, and fluttered its ashes over the balcony railing. Still singeing, they danced around against the nightly cityscape.
>get your triangles out there! there are shapely female shapes to rescue!
This image of avatar excellence was brought to you by MrPeach32, with greeny bits by ashdenej. Pretty much the only part I did was this signature.
>Combine jumping and balloon.
Record yourself and make a copy of yourself. Merge with him and be SQUARES.
This memory idea is awesome
>Do that attack-spin thingy and record it. You never know when that might useful.
That's already his attack, he can already do it whenever he wants.
record the opening of the door, maybe we can use it on the next one.
You would RECORD the opening of the exit shutter, but you can't. You see, you can only RECORD something that is happening in the room NOW. There aren't any exit shutters currently opening, but you think you know how to make that happen.
>Combine jumping and balloon.
You begin to execute your overly-complex and shenanigan-filled plan. You ACTIVATE the ALARM MEMORY, closing the exit shutter. Then you MERGE your JUMPING MEMORY with your BALLOON MEMORY, giving you a FLOAT JUMP. You float up to the ALARM and ATTACK it again, but this time you RECORD the exit shutter while it opens.
And now that this room is beyond destroyed, you decide to move on.
Proceed to next door?
This hallway is eerily quiet. It looks like it continues down for a while. You are starting to feel a little frightened in here.
Oh well, at least the MONITORS seem to be working properly again.
Go to the right
>Record the monitors just in case, we can delete them later if they're useless.
Wait a minute...
Check the hallway for secret passages. Like straight up, for example.

>record yourself entering the room, Thus making an infinite number of clones.
>Record yourself recording yourself.
Ooh! Ooh! Use memory of yourself opening the door on the locked memory slot! Would that work? XD
Record the rotating knob.

Knowing that the hallway is completely linear and the only available option for you is to move forward, you make the obvious choice of going up. You find a secret passage.
You're glad you didn't end up going down that hallway. Something about it was just... unnerving. You don't know why, it just scared you for some reason. You feel much safer in your cozy little secret passage.
You suppose you should calm down. After all, its not like there actually was anything to be afraid of in that hallway anyway.
You reach the end of the secret passage. The way below you is open, in case you ever consider going back. You see two exit shutters in the room, as well as a GRAND SHUTTER on the wall behind you. It probably leads to something really important, and it has some sort of ridiculous locking mechanism. There is a MONITOR in the room, which is still acting normally.
There is also a FLOWER on the ground.
You wonder who would possibly leave a FLOWER up here.
