I want to incorporate all of their comics, but... that's a bit ambitious.
It's hard to capture the complete insanity of Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff in one parody song.

...Doc Scratch was the first Homestuck character I ever voiced. In fact, his first appearance was what started me posting on this forum, and indeed on the predecessor of this very thread. So yeah, I'm enjoying this immensely.

I dunno how common of knowledge it is, but if you do a little digging there exists an early version of the ballad of Jack Noir with lyrics.
But those lyrics don't really suit Jack too well, given plot developments (heck it's from back when everyone assumed the king was the one on the throne tormenting jack into wearing hats)
So thinking about it, I decided to take a crack at updating the song.

The one fast part was hard to do in one breath, let alone do well, so that's my best take. Also I'd like to note, I probably wouldn't consider this exactly a Jack voice... but a real Jack voice wouldn't sing half as good.
