They're all meant to be in exclusive parallel universes where they are the only one with that bloodtype.
Or perhaps it's a parallel universe where red blood is more common but still hunted!
Even so, it's even more likely that I know full well that red blood is supposed to be unique to Karkat and assumed that everyone would be intelligent enough to know that seeing as these are alternate versions of already existing trolls that they were meant to be in an AU to begin with.

Generally speaking you either start one yourself (not a good idea if you've never done it before, they have a tendency to fall to shambles if not properly won) or you wait around. Most often people start little pesterchum RPs in this thread itself and then, if they get enough people joining in, take it to a new thread. So just keep hovering and if you see a lot of people pesterchum RPing (posting logs of their characters interacting with other characters about getting SGRUB), join in.
