Speaking of your grandfather- your parents died in SOME SORT OF ACCIDENT when you were very young, and you were left in his care. He is quite strict, and you AVOID HIM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, as he insists that you carry yourself like a proper lady, something you've never been very good at. You try, though, for his sake, and under his care you have grown quite adverse to cursing and to any sort of untoward behavior. You LOVE HIM VERY MUCH, he is the NICEST PERSON EVER, even though the maids seem somewhat afraid of him.

You are 13 YEARS OLD and you are a very, very rich girl. You come from an OLD MONEY FAMILY (the details of how, exactly, your family came into that money you are unsure of and your grandfather always says he'll tell you WHEN YOU'RE OLDER), and as a result you have MORE MONEY THAN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH. That's pretty literal, actually- you don't really have that much need for money and so it just kind of...sits there. PILING UP. You kind of forget sometimes that other kids don't have a lot of money, though. You don't really know much about other kids at all. After all, you REALLY DON'T GO OUT MUCH.

...Or at all, even. Your family's mansion is also YOUR PRISON. You are homeschooled, and you can't remember the last time you went outside, at least past your mansion's huge garden, due to your grandfather's OVERPROTECTIVENESS and fear of losing his ONLY HEIR. Your friends only exist to you over PESTERCHUM.

You are quite a HAPPY PERSON. You love just about everything! You love your friends, you love the maids (mostly), you love your grandfather, you love games and dolls and clothes- but we'll get to those. You tend to have ODD MOOD SWINGS, but you almost never get angry and are generally pretty much a ball of joy and NAIVE OPTIMISM. In general you are considered VERY NAIVE, probably because no one really bothered to teach you much about the world! Some of your more cynical friends can get kind of frustrated with you sometimes, but you DON'T CARE because your way is fun.

Given how trapped you are, you've had a lot of time to cultivate a variety of INTERESTS. You love CLOTHES, and your mother is constantly buying you new, increasingly expensive but BEAUTIFUL DRESSES that you model for yourself and your family. You keep a collection of LIPSTICK in every color of the rainbow, and match your lipstick exactly to whatever dress you're wearing. Your favorite piece of clothing, though, is an old, raggedy coat that belonged to your GREAT-GREAT-GRANDFATHER, GREGORY O'MULDORY. It is a cherished family heirloom, the lucky jacket he wore when closing some business deal or another that secured the family fortune (there are a couple of perfectly circular holes in the back, and some ancient bloodstains, but you choose not to worry about that). However, you stole it from its display case in the parlor years ago and refused to give it back, and so your grandfather allows you to keep it as a VERY STRANGE ACCESSORY.

When you're not modeling, you usually just wear your PAJAMAS. Never leaving your house leaves you that luxury.

You are also really into DOLLS. Specifically the fancy, super expensive BJDs they make in Japan. This is the only thing you really spend a lot of money on, and when I say a lot of money I do mean a lot of money. You have sunk THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS into these things, but it's totally worth it. You have a collection fast approaching a hundred dolls, all fully customized, with an uncountable amount of outfits. You like to leave them around the house in places where they'll scare the maids, and when you want to communicate with your grandfather you'll usually leave a doll with a note somewhere where you figure he'll find it.

You are disturbingly good at getting around your mansion UNNOTICED- you have mastered the art of the FLASH-STEP. This is good, because you tend to get up to MISCHIEF. Often doll-related mischief. Mischief and SHENANIGANS. Your grandfather shakes his head at this, but he can go FUCK HIMSELF. Not that you would ever say that to his face, of course. There are many MAIDS and BUTLERS working in your household, keeping everything clean, and you alternate between treating them as friends and as VICTIMS FOR YOUR SHENANIGANS. For the most part they like you, but they HATE your dolls, which they always find hiding in back corners when they're cleaning, watching them. Often holding disturbingly personal notes.

You like to do other stuff, too, like occasionally SET THINGS ON FIRE. The less said about the west wing of your mansion, the better. It is still under repairs. You are no longer allowed near matches.

Sometimes you ROLEPLAY WITH YOUR CHUMS, who you are very fond of, even though you don't know most of their names or what they look like. You find their lives as FASCINATING as they find yours. It was through one of these friends that you discovered the game SBURB, which struck you as an entertaining distraction. Most things strike you as entertaining distractions, actually. Everything in your life is either an ENTERTAINING DISTRACTION, or it is POINTLESS.

That's why you forget to eat sometimes. Or sleep. Why bother? There's FUN STUFF TO DO.
