The only thing you should definitely change next time you write Sollux is a yellow that's more "mustard yellow" and less "wait what does that say I guess I should highlight it" yellow. Try #a1a100. Also, in addition to using 2's instead of S's, he doubles his I's. So it would be, for instance, "oh god what diid you 2ay?"

"Sleepy?" says Noir. It sounds like he might be trying to be sympathetic. This suits him about as well as the stupid shades he's wearing.

This really struck me for some reason. I would suspect it’s because this page made me laugh harder than any other comic page ever.

They are supposed to be sorta short, and sorta leave you with a vague sense of horror. I Didn't write them as mobsters, well, not intentionally, but I wrote them as Humanoid Abominations, to contrast with their usual goofy selves. I suppose being a mobster comes with the job description though.

Well, they seem like they COULD be mobsters. I guess I just drew the conclusion since it seemed like Trace was doing some blackmailing/extorsion.

Once all the previous night's performers had left the room, Clubs Deuce turned on the sound equipment as Mrs. Lalonde and Mr. Egbert grabbed the mics on the stage. Vagabond, Mendicant, Renegade, Questant, Pilgrim and Boxcars all sat down to watch the show. Aradia floated with her breakfast and wondered what the hell was going on now.

Yes, in my head-canon the exiles from Earth join the kids due to shit hitting the fan and eventually so do Hearts Boxcars and Clubs Deuce after DD and Slick die during the final fight with Noir after it spilled to Alternia.

And who is this Pilgrim? Why she is the Meandering Pilgrim.

Also, Aradia is alive. She's still adapting to her body, which is why she hadn't performed. Hard to adapt to being alive after spending many, many sweeps dead or as a time-traveling robot.

But, Karaoke Night is over. Afterwards they manage to create the final reward and end up on a new planet where they all experience their first snow since the game.

Itchy just ran by, you can tell, though it was too fast for the naked eye nothing escapes your views on the realm of time. Though that is true, it does not help in avoiding the aggressions and aggravations that are presently occurring. You are Doze, and your slurred speech and ability to slow time is actually quite useless.

You are currently being assaulted by Hearts Boxcars. This surly brute knows as well as you do that it’ll be hours before those injuries even begin to hurt, let alone ache. All that doesn’t matter to Boxcars though, he’ll tear you a new hole which won’t show up for another hour or so depending.

Using what little control you have over the situation, you proceed and continue to take the beating, while contacting some help.

“Helllllllllooooooo?” Your words come out as though they were being spoken by a tortoise with a sore throat.

“12 that you Dozen?” But your message gets through.

“Iiii neeeed a haaaaand iiiin heeeereeee.”

“1 w1ll be there 1n a j1ff!”

All you could do was sit there and wait, and wait, and wait. Just as you always do. Until Eggs arrives, hopefully with Biscuits. You know Boxcars hates them and know that as long as you’re here to make sure they focus you’ll be good. You always did have a strong attention span.

Wait for it.

WHACK!

You just know they’ll be here in time.

THWUMP!

You may be on the ground but that doesn’t mean Eggs won’t make it!

KRACK! SNAP!

The pain is starting to catch up to you, not even your time powers seem to be holding things back. That’s not good, no, this is far from good. The ribs that were broken begin to crack slowly, the blood crawls out of your wounds and climbs its way through your throat into a bloodied cough.

There is only silence as he beats you to a soon-to-be bloodied pulp.

It is as though a whisper promises that their blood will be spilled

Something is shuffled, something has been moved.

The timer reads 00:04:13.

Boxcars might be the last thing you see but you take the last of your energy to remove your hat, underneath it lay a ticking time bomb, it always ticks away and soon it will be the curtain call for you and Boxcars.

As if to mock you in your decisions and final moments, Eggs finally arrives. He knocks out Boxcars with an whisk and kneels down before you. He tosses the whisk aside and holds you close to him, the bomb balances upon your head.

“Are you gonna make 1t?” He asks, he can see the timer, he knows he can’t get away. The least he can do is comfort a friend. “1t’2 all my fault.”

“Iiiiiiiiiiiiit waaaaaaaas bound to happppeeeeeeen”

"2o, no hard feel1ng2?"

"Neeeeeveeeeer...."

You hug tightly, If you are to die let your final moment be in the embrace of a friend who is willing to give his life to comfort you on your deathbed. No guilt, no anger, no remorse or anger between the two of you as the timer hits
