Lemme say several things, list of grievances format (sorry WW):

1. use the [ IMG ] tags to use images.
2. Very, very bad text formatting.
3. Can't find a sufficient adjective for the image, idk if it should be horrible or not, Here's a list just for the image:

1. JPEG artifacts FULL STOP. Never ever EVER use JPEGS, use PNGs instead.
2. Loads and loads of antialiasing.
3. WTF are those white outlines?
4. Transparent headphones?
5. The symbol doesn't blend very well with the shirt, and it's slightly off-center.
6. I don't think you should see the headphone's handle with all that hair.

Heh, i'm kind of a perfectionnist after all, i was most likely a bit mean.
Also the suggestion form would make a wall of text, and i wanted to post something very simple to understand.
