Tybian: Fiddle with the keys

You know exactly what buttons to press to open the TIMELINE VIEWPORT. What? Thinking I was going to just press a bunch of random buttons until shit happens? Whoever thought that just lost 5 GIVE A SHIT points from you.

You also decide that it's time to stop thinking about imaginary screw offs who punch random keys when they find something new. You scan the list of trolltags on the right side of the monitor. All present and online, every single one of them. You notice an odd application sitting on the left side of the screen. 12 arrows with a different colored line they follow. You click the green arrow and drag it upward. Suddenly, a screen pops up that depicts a young grub. You instantly recognize the grub as AC. You drag the arrow further up the line, causing the window to rapidly change it's image and showing AC at different points in her life. You hit a bump in the line marked PRESENT and continue past it.
You're overcome by a massive headache that forces you to bring the arrow beneath the PRESENT line. You notice someone is trying to message you.

Tim was off on a search to rescue the Princess. She had been snatched by a horrible and evil monster. This happened because Tim made a mistake.

No, wait.

Tim had saved the Princess. The monster was gone, banished to some far corner of time where it could no longer trouble them. And Tim's mistake had been unmade.

But something else, somewhere, had gone wrong. Now the Princess was in danger again, and he rushed to save her. She was his love, his hope. She was his whole world. And he knew he would be the one to rescue her.

The coming week had become the longest years of his life.

I got let down easy, considering that Andrew totally exploded my first fic with later updates. HiHH was first derailed by the introduction of God Tiers where I had just been making light rumblings about "Level 99" and such. Watching little chips fly off bit by bit makes things like Aradia exploding and everything that'll follow much easier to handle.

The Fanfic thread is our quest bed. Constantly updating mediums may strike us down, but we shall all only revive stronger than before! I shall be the Bard of Long-Winded Fics...
