You could actually do that without anybody's help. Here's how:

1 ) point your webcam toward your wall of choice;
2 ) open a software enabling you to make the webcam shoot a photograph with a click of the mouse;
3 ) put your mouse's cursor on the shoot icon and tape the mouse in place;
4 ) put your cell phone on the mouse, in a very delicate balance;
5 ) take a cordless phone (or another cell phone) and compose the first cell phone number;
6 ) put the cordless phone on the ground next to you;
7 ) tape yourself to the wall (one arm will remain free, just put it behind your back and look strained);
8 ) use your foot to press the cordless button and make it dial the cell phone number;
9 ) let the cell phone vibrate, topple over the mouse and take your photo;
10 ) marvel at the fact this shit actually worked.
