Good idea. Be sure to add that in to the OP. I suggest 5 just so that there is a bigger dare selection. And the "you have to have done a dare to dare someone" rule isn't really necessary, because things would go like this:

Pick a dare (one of the five)
Do the dare
Post on forums the dare
Post a new dare for more people (to keep the list at 5)

Just a few revisions:

I crossed out the parts that were a bit repetitive because of the new top section.

1. Nothing dangerous- for obvious reasons
2. Nothing costly- because we all cant waste money
3. If you take a dare, pics, or video- just to prove you did it
4. Nothing involving taking off clothes- because come on people, we gotta act at least a little like grownups
5. Nothing illegal- once again, for obvious reasons
6. It doesn't have to be MSPA related- but it is appreciated if it is!
7. If you really dont want to take a dare because it makes you uncomfortable, its ok, but dont take advantage of it. we will pick a more suitable dare
8. If you did a dare, its your turn to make up a dare for someone else to do
9. If you want to go again after you've done a dare, thats fine (but let new people do dares)
10. One dare at a time. The person who last completed a dare makes up the next one, and people volunteer to do it. also,
new members should volunteer asap, because its a good way to introduce yourself!
11. If there is a lull in dares, and you want to offer yourself up to do a dare, then thats ok. but max five dares out at a time


Secondly, put Active Dares before Dares that have been done. It is more important.

Thirdly, for active dares, maybe the format should be like this:

#) (Person who said dare): Actual dare goes here (@either a single user (Vare E8 ) or @everyone) (in progress or not in progress)



Otherwise, looking good! These are just cosmetic revisions.

May I recommend three sections for active dares? One section of dares that have people already doing them. One section of dares that are open to be claimed. One section for dares that are open for everyone (if we're allowing such dares). And I'll throw my hat in the ring for one. I'm not particularly good at making images, so be warned that if you ask me to draw/use photoshop it will probably be fairly underwhelming.

i scrubbed my arm so much you have no idea oh gog.

I now propose a dare to any takers: find at least 10 separate and distinct items in your domicile/house/laboratory and stack them up biggest on the bottom smallest on top. then upload this fine item pyramid.

one rule: by "separate and distinct" i mean "separate and distinct", meaning don't make a mountain that is made up solely of books, make it made up of 1 book, 1 jar, 1 cup, 1 bunny, 1 faygo bottle, etc, etc.
