Hey! I'm probably not the best one to give anatomy tips since I struggle with it myself, but I didn't see that anyone else had met your request, so...

Well, at any rate, one thing I notice in this picture is that her hands are too small. A person's hand is generally approximately the same size as their face...of course with a cartoony/stylized style this is often not the case, but hopefully that helps just as a point of reference?

Hmm I see, well I thought I kept making the hands too big, also the fur trim at the end of the sleeves are covering up some of the hand. Thanks for the critique BeepBeepMeow!

@ Ryuu: Thanks, I don't think I'm that great an artist though, but I've been getting better. I've only had my tablet for like less than 2 months. Also here is a little sprite I made for that pilot Feferi (first sprite I've made ever). I plan on drawing more of her.
