MSPA Lyric Re-writes and Singing: Nomination Time!

Ever hear a song and think, "Hey! That totally fits MSPA!" Ever think that Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" could be describing kismesis ("Black Romance"???). Well then, do we have a thread for you! This is the place for any and all lyrical re-writes, recordings of said re-writes, and just singing in general! Additionally, we are beginning work on an (album? online radio?) of songs made by the MSPA community! DETAILS HERE. Feel free to contribute!

First off, if you wish to record yourself singing, just follow GeneralIvan's three easy steps:
1) Record something MSPA related.

2) Post it here in dis thread.

3) Have fun!!!

Secondly, feel free to submit any re-writes of a song, poem, commercial, etc that you have MSPA-ified! All submissions are welcome, as long as they conform to the standards set forth in the MSPA Forums Guidelines!

If you have a request, do just that: bold it, underline it, color it, just make the words "Request: ________" stand out somehow.
Depending on what your post is about, please use the tags "Request", "WIP" (work in progress), and "Completed" (followed by "lyrics", "music", "final"), formatted as you see above!
This will make it much easier for you and others to read and understand what is the haps in this thread!

Man, I am having a lot of trouble with this Eridan version of Hellfire I said I'd do! I came up with a couple lines, but I am not getting any flashes of inspiration. When I try to write a songfic and I find myself struggling a lot with it, it usually comes out pretty badly, and I really want this to come out well. So I was thinking we could work on it together, because the last couple of communally-written songs came out really well. If anyone's interested, feel free to jump in!

Here's the song, and here's the original lyrics, minus the background vocals in Latin. (We can always put lyrics in there later, but for the moment I'm leaving them out because they will clutter it up.) The one or two lines I did manage to write are in purple.

I figure there's at least two ways we could go about this.
We could start it off with Eridan feeling guilty for having forbidden scarlet feelings for his morail (hence "it's not my fault"); then he convinces himself that she is meant to be his matesprit on account of her royal blood; and finally he resolves to kill her if she rejects him again. (If we do that, "this burning desire" could be replaced with "this scarlet desire.")
Or, we could start it off after he kills her, and have him feel guilty about that. Perhaps we could even end it with Kanaya chainsawing him in half!

I know I haven't contributed much so far, and I feel bad about that. But I am usually okay at meter and stuff, so hopefully I'll be able to help out with the editing process later on. And of course, the lines I have put in there can be changed if they end up not working. Let's make something spectacular!
