Dave: Realize that keeping a Pokemon at its second evolution is the most ironic. It's not as cute and adorable as the first, nor as powerful and awesome as the third. There's no justifiable reason for keeping something at that level EXCEPT for irony.

I thought that pokemon kept the names given by their trainers after evolving (but its been long enough since I've played so I'm not sure). In which case Bromander just became more ironic by having a charmander name as a charmeleon.

Yes, unless they weren't given a name, it usually stays the same.
Everybody's suggesting Dave to change the name, which I don't know if it is or isn't possible in the first generation games.
But it's surely possible in real life.

Quick announcement before I forget!

I'm participating in NaNoWriMo this year, which for most people means a 50k novel. For me it means that plus a 50k fanfiction, because I'm a lunatic. So I'm going to be pretty busy, yet again!

However, I plan to update Pokestuck every Sunday, just to ensure that I don't neglect it. So this isn't so much a hiatus as a month-long slowing down, and I'll be back to more frequent updates once December rolls around.

Hopefully that's a good enough compromise so that I don't just stop updating for a month and a half again. 8D;
