Yeah, like pretty much any and all blood color designations, what makes a "jade blood" in this universe is pretty subjective. As said, it's for all trolls between blue and yellow, but that's non-inclusive, so trolls that are blue or yellow wouldn't get called jade. Kanaya LITERALLY has jade-colored blood, and is recognized as such, but "jade blood" is still the casual label for green bloods.

But again, it's subjective. Terezi, for example, might be considered a jade blood by some people by virtue of the fact that she's got a high social position (taking orders directly from Karkat), she's got a damn snazzy lusus, she conducts herself in a manner highly respectful to the law, and she behaves as though she feels she fits in with higher bloods. Other people might say she doesn't have enough green in her to be a jade blood, she's merely an effective civil servant, and her conduct around highbloods is over familiar and she obviously doesn't know her place. So it varies.

Vriska, though, definitely would not be labeled a jade blood, both because she's way too blue and because she behaves like a stereotypical lowblood--rebellious, violent, borderline sociopathic, etc. Some people might even call Vriska a violent blood, even though that's usually recognized to start near the indigos.

Considering that Karkat actually IS half holding out hope for these to be made actual movies someday, he keeps the dirty stuff off-screen. The buckets DO show up on-screen--the imperial drone is carrying them, remember--but they look clean from the outside and the audience isn't allowed a view inside.
