    Re: Hey guys

What GPS lets you do that?
Is it a common thing for GPS's to let you download other voices? I know this is not at all original, but I've always wanted to get a GPS with Gladdos' voice. (I heard TomTom can do that, but maybe that was just a rumor/false info?)

Don't get me wrong, I think it's extremely funny, but I wasn't even a little bit surprised to find out Ryan made his GPS speak to him in his own voice.

I've always wanted that too, I just didn't realize it until you mentioned it.
You have opened my eyes and I love you for it.

Oh or Three Dog from Fallout 3. I would be a-okay with him giving me directions.

I speculate Ryan did that solely because he had guests in his vehicle. :V

Sorry, Ryan. I think BRIAN BLESSED wins this round.

If I ever get a TomTom, I would dl the above, but being a normal human being and male, I am capable of using a map and not getting myself lost and thus would have no use for such a device.

Not that I can afford one.

Ryan, if you're reading this, I have a question.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how T-Rex is my avatar?

Please answer as truthfully as possible.

Does the answer have to be an integer? If not I'm leaning towards 5.5.
    Oh wait. I'm not Ryan.

    Yes! Integer answers only, please.

Is Pi an integer? I was never all that good at maths.

    Re: Hey guys

Hi! It's literally been a YEAR since I posted here. I started posting, but then I went to Africa for two weeks, and I got intimidated by the prospect of Two Whole Weeks of Dinosaur Comics. Of course time makes a fool of us all, so those two weeks kept building up into months and months, and now I just don't know what the balls! :< One day I shall work up the courage to read these comics.

Man, that's not even counting the billions of MSPA comics I haven't read yet. Were that this forum were a time forum! So I could go back in time and therefore have time to read comics.

    Re: Hey guys

I love everything on the dinosaur comics store, but there's so much stuff... I can't decide... Will an expert please tell me which one is the best?

    Re: Hey guys

I only own a couple Dinosaur Comics shirts*, but here's my experience with them. T-Rex's Busy Day shirt will make people look at you from far away and then walk towards you while they think to themselves "balloons? oh what is hanging th... OH HAHAHA IT'S A T-REX AWESOME" and then they'll tell you about it

The Time Traveler Essentials T-shirt, on the other hand, doesn't have such an attractive effect at long distances, but if someone gets close enough to you they will be irresistibly compelled to ask you about it, and then they'll spend a good amount of time staring at your torso and maybe they'll even touch it, with the excuse to read better

So basically they're both great, but their properties are very different. If you want to meet new exciting people I'd recommend T-Rex's Busy Day, but if you want to develop a closer, more physical relationship with someone you already know, go with the Time Traveler Essentials one. Although I'm afraid that I've already been deemed obsolete and the new One Amazing Person shirt covers BOTH situations.

I can tell you that the Wizard Has Turned You Into a Whale shirt is a major chick magnet, if you hang out with geeks or go to a geek school.

    Re: Hey guys

Hi, I'm Sam from Finland. The swollen distros like Crunchbang
are not useable with my eeePC 701 with only 4G HD (I need
some applications of my choice, so CB became useles).

So I'm lookin toward Archbang. But how is it so the ISO of Arch
is only less than 400M but Archbang ISO is nearly 500M? Is the
installed system of Archbang anyway smaller?

Please answer, this stresses me a lot. OR, should I look for
more suitable set of topics?(I'm sure You understand, in
Finland we call that the "chain" but in English I find that
    inappropriate for that use).

And no. I don't use CB anymore but Bodhi Tablet version, but
Bodhi has its own problems AND I wish to learn about other
    distros.

    The latest edit:
Now I found the downloaded Archbang ISO is 513.8M.. do You
    recommend using Arch(if it's smaller..)?
