When talking, I will sometimes say "dot dot dot" or "ellipsis" aloud.

I tend to mix American and British spelling depending on which one makes more sense. I also frequently say texting abbrevs out loud.
I type that fast I often misspeell my words, which is a quirk of my main fantroll?

Homestuck art~
Ooh, I forgot stuff earlier: When I'm being silly, I generally type like this
and then this
and then this
and then I generally say lol
Also, quite often because I fail at capitalizing letters, I capitalize the first and second letters of the first word in a sentence or proper noun. Sometime just the latter. SOooo yeah.
SEE I JUST DID IT :V
I type a slash instead of periods sometimes/
Spambot and advertiser?
You should make a bunch of those posts in the thread where you can only make one post no matter what the title or rules say!
who knows maybe go crazy and not listen to the warnings!
I sometimes type random symbols, delete them and then type normally again.

In the IRC, I noticed I capitalize the first letter approx. 50% of the time. Same with ending with a period. It annoys me but I can't help it, I want to write fast.
In real life, I just noticed my 'R's are really...like a drilling sound. Very harsh and pronounced and twittery and vibrating.

I usually end up using words that no one can comprehend when I'm talking to someone in real life. Then I raise my eyebrow and cross my arms whenever no one understand it.
Gets on my nerves a bit.
I also end up sounding too serious even when I type. I don't mean to be.
Usually also end up putting an emoticon at the end of a little paragraph like this, to break the tension of what most people would think of what I said.
DX...
when i text my friends i tend to type in all lowercase
and use line breaks frequently to denote a break in thought
even when it is a continuation of the same sentence
and i dont know if this counts
but i also call everyone dude
including females and my parents
I don't give a fuck about proper capitalization or how many times I type and.

IRL, I use words that are moderately uncommon. So my friends all claim I'm being erudite on purpose. No, I just have a lexicon filled with colloquialisms and vernacular.
>Be the fantroll!
Since way before I started on Homestuck I used to type/say "HURNK" whenever I found anything funny. :3c
before i discovered mspa when I type a long paragraph in a conversation. I always send two words at a time. It became a habit and my friends always finds it completely annoying.
There was this person i knew w h o u s e d t o t y p e l i k e t h i s.
Nah, you just have a vocabulary that is marginally more advanced then that of a prepubescent sixth grader ><.
It's not a bad thing to know a modicum more in content of words then the rest of your peers. Although science shows that people automatically think you are trying to be smart when you use larger words, and thus view it more negatively :/ That's why you have to write simply in your essays and applications and whatnot.

I cringe whenever I read 'then' used as a comparative. I frequently make puns, but I can't force myself to puntificate. Like that one right there, they just happen in my head, and I let them free. That's just the natural order of things.
I often let my spoken sentences just run out in the sand and trail off into silent oblivion at the end, and my mom and brother can't even understand what I'm saying.

I tend to use faces instead of ending punctuation marks, unless I don't make a face then I do. I also go "Hmm" and "Ahh" a lot..but I dunno if that'd be a quirk or not..I guess I tend to use "Hmm" before talking sometimes when it's not needed and it seems to confuse people..so I will go ahead and put that in there as one o.o
Looking at this and my signature and past facebook posts I use ... a lot too..

Bark bark bark
I think my quirk, such as it is, would have to be my bizarre adherence to perfect punctuation despite a totally haphazard attitude to grammar. I am pretty sure I am the only person in the world who uses semicolons in texts for anything other than winking smilies.
Sandafluffoid, I am pleased to tell you that you are not alone!
Since I suppose we're all sharing our own quirks...
Mine kind of change... randomly... But sometimes I get REALLY LAKJDFKAHDFAL EXCITED for very bizarre reasons. And I highly abuse emotes. Yes. *nods thoughtfully*
And I generally type like I speak, so you're going to get all of the 'dunnos and ya'alls n'stuff. "I don't know" often becomes "Iunno" and "It's okay/alright" will become "s'okay" or "s'alright" respectively.
