I don't often Nom, but when I do, i nominate DosAquis......erm, wait.... i nominate really good stuff.

This is one of the best sprite manipulations i've seen in a long time. It is nice seeing newer people on the forums with tallent, it is nice to see someone other then the same 5 people doing the really good work, it is refreshing. The sprite acctually looks like the Good Witch and must have taken a lot of thought and effort into doing this sprite edit. Good JOB

There's also software which can extract images from flash files, and someone made a torrent with all the Homestuck flash file images a while back. IMO [S] Jack: Ascend is probably the best place to look.

I actually have that flash for extraction purposes in my ongoing efforts to make that flash I made not a piece of shit.

I've been using "Sonne Flash Decompiler" for the extracting. It's not the best, but it does in a pinch (my other one is being wonky)
As for downloading the flash, right click on the [S] JOHN. RISE UP. page, select "View page info" then "Media" then look for the .swf embed.

Hint: Go to page before the flash page->open image in new tab->remove .gif from end of url->change the number to be 1 higher (03084 becomes 03085)->(new step now that access has changed)after the number, put '/number.swf'->put the link somewhere where you can right click it as a hyperlink and do 'save link as' (sometimes i just make a quick basic html with it as a hyperlink in notepad)

So PsychedelicSquid (The guy who made the scratchsprite a few pages back) and I randomly found each other on Reddit in a completely non-Homestuck related thread. He recognized me but didn't know from where, a quick glance at his history let me know he read Homestuck so I said it was probably from here.

Then it happened again in a completely different thread unrelated to Homestuck OR the previous thread. It was starting to get weird.

Then he posted his scratchsprite on /r/Homestuck and I saw his name and freaked out again.

I've decided that we share some kind of epic destiny and it's my mission to find out what it is. Perhaps we'll play sburb together.

In the meantime I made this:
