I was originally not going to get this game cuz A) I had no-one to play with, and B) I wasn't really sure if it was going to really be that great.

As I was reading this thread I actually slapped myself and yelled "Diablo 3 NOT THAT GREAT? What the hell am I thinkin?!"

I have to be honest with you - the chances of pre-purchasing a Collector's Edition this close to launch are pretty slim. Those usually get made based on the initial demand for it. Your best bet is probably going to be to some of your local stores like Best Buy, GameStop, and yes even Wal-Mart, and asking if they have any copies that aren't already reserved.

GameStop in particular has a two-day period after release in which they are obligated to hold a CE for someone, but if it doesn't get claimed after that it's up for grabs. So...if you can afford to WAIT a bit there's a chance there as well.

I saw a graph of the XP curve to lvl 60, I found it pretty hilarious.

Just keep in mind that the english part is just for European English, not all English. If you're a North American with an english version, then everything's peachy, no worries.

Once you begin the fight with Jondar, use town portal and then wait in town for about 2 minutes. Once you go back through the portal Jondar will have summoned about 50 skeletons. They will most likely be in a tight group so you can get big massacre bonuses from this.

You WILL NOT get more exp per monsters the more players you have in the game. You do however, gain killing speed – theoretically farming monsters faster which in turn gives more exp and loot.

Supports my theory that the best way to powerlevel is to have a two-player game where you split up and cover a large area killing everything. Might not work at higher levels or higher difficulties, and the party-experience-share-radius might need some checking, but something to keep in mind for those that want to rush to 60.
