Posted in the WAStuck Facebook group, WAStuck forums, as well as cross-posted to the general West Coast thread in response to a question:

Okay, so: Formal meetup time will be 4:13 on each day of PAX, by the Gazebo in Freeway Park (over by where the glomp circle is, for those who went to Sakura-Con.)

Informal meetups can happen there throughout the day, and it can be a central hangout point throughout the day.

If you can make it, cool. If you can't, that's cool too - nobody's -expected- to make it all three days, and I'm sure scheduling shit will happen. This just formalizes things.

Just as an edit here, I'm actually really surprised that nobody's posted a thread about this up 'til now. PAX is what, tomorrow? o.o

As one who is unfamiliar with "the glomping circle", where would I find that exactly?

"The Gazebo" should be marked if you're looking at a map of the WSCTC. That said, if you go up the main escalators to the fourth floor, hang a left and go outside, go straight, past the basalt (I believe) rock formations, you should see the gazebo directly ahead of you.

That said, I'm currently making a sign with all four suits and the SBurb logo on it that I'll just post in that area. Should make things easy to find. Also, it might move - if it does, that sign shall become a rallying point for our forces! Err. Or something like that. <_<

It's been really frickin' warm out lately - I'm sitting in my apartment in downtown Seattle sweating my ass off, and it's midnight. I'll probably attempt to find somewhere outside-but-shady.

Friday Meetup

I actually had 8 (!) pictures, but 1, 3, and 4 were the only ones that weren't duplicates. Much of the group was from Washington, we had 4 from BC, and three from Portland - all were quickly adopted into our fold. Towards the end of the meetup, the sprinklers scattered us not once, but twice - once from the area where the pictures were taken, and then a second time from the shaded benches we moved to.

Hopefully, tomorrow's meetup will have more people there - there were apparently a Vriska and Eridan at the con as well, and they were supposedly told about the 4:13 meet, but they didn't show.

Of note is that all the trolls at the meet were Human!Trolls - no horns were to be seen anywhere. Catch y'all with hopefully more pictures tomorrow!

p.s. - yeah, Dave/John shippers rejoice at the first pic there. No homo, though. ;p



Saturday Meetup

Many more people here, including the Vriska and Eridan who were supposed to show up the previous day (they were very sleepy, but we're glad they came this time - they're cool and local!) Everyone there was told to post pics under this thread, so hopefully they will. My camera, which I haven't fiddled with extensively for a while, somehow switched from high resolution to low resolution somewhere in the middle of the photoshoot. -_-

I was lazy and didn't bring the Doc head, so I was Human!Scratch. Big mistake - everyone wanted me in my head.

I'll fix it tonight and bring it tomorrow. ;p

High point of the day: SQUEAKY! (Terezi's scalemate squeaked omg so cute )


Sunday Meetup

Not posting the pics here yet - I just realized that my bandwidth on my website is going to entirely shit itself with thousands of Homestuckers downloading 45 pics.

That said, more fun was had. I had the Doc Scratch head, wore it backwards, and managed to (hopefully) be more dynamic with it. We set up an awesome Auto-Harley picture, and while Doc didn't, Eridan was creeping in the bushes for a few pics. Lots of duplicates of poses in this set for me - I'm looking forward to everyone else posting their own pictures so I can consolidate them in the top post.


By the way - thank you to whichever admin stickied this meetup thread for the course of the Con - even if it hasn't actually been very active.

The Eridan checking in here. Sorry about not appearing on Friday! But like its already been posted, me and my friend who went as Vriska both felt like death from lack of sleep and hunger exhaustion. After seeing how awesome Saturday was we both wish we had the strength to have come. We'll definitely be there on Sunday too.
