In my reread I spotted this



Was the Hoo Hoo Hoo written afterwards by NannaSprite, or did she somehow know what was going to happen when she originally wrote it?

Any ideas as to how the guardians/Ancestors knew about SBURB?

We don't know how the guardians came by what knowledge they have. But just in case, I will say that that note to John was written in its entirety by Nannasprite, as seen during the End of Act 3 flash ([S] Enter.).

I meant more like the actual original intact html file from when Andrew said "I think I'll delete this formspring in a few minutes actually" (or something like that) and then an obsessive fan was like "oh no!" and Saved Page As.
I know it must exist somewhere, since I didn't download the page myself

I wonder if that was her testing out Seer of Mind powers to see if the different outcomes could really come true.

That is exactly what she was doing.

Essentially she was seeing if she could succeed in inserting herself into the timeline where Vriska failed.

And it freaking worked. :\
