annoying thing is Tea just isn't giving off vibes that I feel are particularly scummy. when he's scum he generally has at least some aggro targets but WHELP I GOT NOTHIN' is not something I can remember seeing from tea and hell if I'm not getting townvibes from him.

Alright I can do this, though I'm not in the best of moods so I'll probably keep it brief. Doesn't help that half the playerlist is playing the no-talking game most of the time but here's what I've got:

People who haven't said enough, and could therefore fit into any scumteam: Sruixan, Niall.

Past that, I can see Tea and Wojjan being potentially aligned, due to the way they went after Dread but failed to mention each other at any point (past Tea's weak read which basically said that she was super town for no reason). There's also the off chance that both heads of the DiFronzos are scum, due to Tea's thing where he said Phyn was super town and then backed down when questioned. Could be that they knew who each other were ahead of time? I do doubt that they'd pull this stunt as scumbuddies though.

If scum was on the Dread wagon (pretty sure it was in either Tea and/or Wojj/Fogel) then I think whoosh could be co-aligned with them. She's spent most of her posts challenging Dread but never actually went after her. Today would have been a good time to throw out a vote... but she didn't.

Shika... is a thing. I liked him D1, but he hasn't shown his face much today and when he did it was to talk about Dread. Not even how she was scummy or anything. He went on to say that he thinks Dread is as suspicious as people say (which is SCUM KILL IT for a few people), but says he'd rather go after the 'anti-town players', aka lurkers and that we shouldn't lynch her. If there were no scum on the Dread wagon I could see him being smug mafia.

forge is also trying too hard to not relate himself to people (except for GX), which will make me feel good about GX if he dies and flips scum.

I guess if I had to guess right now...

Tea, whoosh... and two of forge, Wojjan, Niall, and Sriux, with Wojjan being my least likely candidate, and forge being my most likely. I'm honestly not seeing great connections between people yet (thanks to Dread shenanigans), and Dini and Phyn feeling like probable town is throwing some of my previously seen connections aside a little (especially with the latter).

I'm so sorry everyone, I got called into work yesterday, worked today, and am going back in a little while from now. I work at a Grocery store so you can imagine what it's like. It's about 14 hours of work that I didn't expect, on top of about the 10 hours I was scheduled for. Hrm. I'm not seeing many connections between people taht aren't purely flavor basd, so compiling a scumteam isn't something i can do right now.

I can give a few scumreads though.

Tea's there, and I don't feel like repeating what I've said about him.

Don't like how Forge has danced around quite few questions, and when brought up either focuses on something other than the accusation (me talking about him insulting me) or saying "but look he got away with it" (literally 3 posts above this.)

Would cautiously put Fogel in here, if only because he's said so little, and the other lurkers seem to have excuses (bar a few)

A few meaning Wojj, who has done literally nothing that doesn't relate to flavor, and Whoosh, who has said a single big thing this entire time.

So something like Tea/Forge/Wojj/Whoosh looks likely, but I'm honestly not seeing many connections.

Oh right and whoosh has the same issues Tea did in which there are like two scumreads and they're just marked as 'light'. To top it off one is the claimed tracker, and the only reason she thinks Comi could be scum is because he 'could be a stalker' and 'hasn't posted much'.

Am I scum for not having decided on the scum team by D2? For clarification, I meant light scum to mean more middling scum as opposed to being a hair's breadth from a null read. The same applies for light town reads, unless expressed differently.

I've done the thing you asked, Pala, and that can be viewed below. I also took it upon myself to order everyone in order of scumminess (more for my own benefit than anyone else's), and that can also be seen.

Mirdini is at the top for the reasons I've pretty much stated before: he's talking a lot, and that which he says tends to be consistent, well thought out and to the point.

GX and Shika follow for similar reasons, but Shika is lower down due to his recent quietening down (probably due to holiday stuff, so fair enough) and the amount of time and energy he spent prodding Cat for not a great deal of benefit.

Cat also sits comfortably amongst the town mainly because out of what she's said there hasn't been anything scummy, and she's been talking a lot more than she normally does. (Thanks to Shika. I'm glad he did that.)

Wojjan, Forge and Palamedes are all light town reads. All have been somewhat involved, and have done nothing particularly out of ordinary. Some of their posts have been a little odd at times (prod me and I'll find stuff to back that up, if you want) but generally normal and town enough. Drake's unwillingness to vote is probably worth noting and Wojj hasn't posted as much as she could have, but the latter applies to half the playerlist anyway. Palamedes does seem to try to make a big deal out of very little at times, but I'm fine with putting that down to us being early-ish in the game.

Fogel's not been particularly scum-hunt-y (which might deserve him a downgrade, actually, considering that otherwise he's mostly been posting almost fluff) but he's been talking at least. Equally, he hasn't said anything strange, putting him in at null.

Sruix has really said enough to judge. Null.

Tea has struck me as being a bit of a weak player, and his mainly neutral and town reads might seem a little disturbing, but neither seem enough to push him into scummy territory. That's up for change, though. Same for the rest of the nulls, more so than for everyone else.

Niall has barely said anything. It's not quite fair to put him down as mildly scummy on that basis, but his interest in Sruixan's name is intriguing. It's also odd that he asked for that without providing any information on himself, but I'd rather see more of him before making anything more out of that.

Comi and Phyn are my proposed scum, I guess. It's not totally convincing, I'll admit, but I'm more than happy to be persuaded otherwise. Phyn says very little when she does post, and the opportunistic whiff of her vote on the yd12k bandwagon still worries me, but her recent vote on Mirdini is interesting. It's not the obvious choice, at least.

Comi is confirmed tracker, which alone should probably rank him higher on this list. (Why did you track Cat N1, anyway?) I don't like that she claimed non-vanilla town and he tracked her the following night, which strikes me as a rather sensible course of action for a mafia stalker. Looking through his posts, he's actually said staggeringly little over his seven posts in the game, but is voting for Mirdini (someone who's actually being useful and talkative) and is backing it up with Buttercup's flip – who he claimed to have a town read on after the event. Never mind that he didn't bother to step forward with this view when DPB was one vote off of soft lynch.

Considering this, I'll Vote: ComiTurtle.

I'd don't like doing these massive posts (especially since this isn't much more than a rehash of my previous one) so I'll try and focus on more specific things now. (Can't really guarantee a post very soon due to stuff, but I think that's affecting quite a few people at the moment.)


(I'm thinking that somebody posted a list of people and their genders earlier in the thread, but I can't seem to find it. Did that happen? If so, could somebody be kind enough to link it? I seem to be addressing people as certain genders almost arbitrarily and it's worrying me quite a lot.)

That being said, I mostly like your post here, and even your vote on Comi seems pretty decent. I don't really want to kill off the claimed tracker unless we've got no other scum leads to go on, and I doubt even Comi would claim this early as scum (though him drawing reference to his own meta is interesting I guess).

Okay, I did a reread. More of a skim, though.

I don't think I see much in the way of scumteam signs. I still find Tea suspicious; aside from that, I've got vague bad feelings on Palamedes and Shikihake, mostly for going "I think Buttercup-Mirdini is town vs. town" but not really trying very hard to do anything about it. Similar wariness of Cat for predicting that youdont would turn out to be town late on D1. Generally, if somebody points to somebody who gets lynched, says something like "I think they're town", and then just lets the lynch go through anyways, I find that arouses my suspicions. That said, this is a pretty mild suspicion on the whole; aside from Cat being Cat, none of them has done much else that makes me particularly wary.

Outside of that: I think Mirdini's town, Wojjan I'm leaning town a bit for the moment, and almost everyone else has been too quiet for me to have much of an opinion right now. I'm not sure I can pick anyone out of the mostly-lurking who looks more suspicious than anyone else, although Comi's lower priority due to that tracker claim.

Conclusion: Keeping my vote on Tea; if I had to guess at a scumteam it would be Tea, Pala, maybe one of Cat and Shika, and one or two of the lurkers. I don't feel able to get any more specific than that right now; probably best to poke some lurkers when tomorrow comes, since today's wrapping up.
