Genotus 1



In the beginning, there was ETHER. None MORE, and none LESS.

MATTER did not exist. ENERGY did not exist. TIME did not exist. SPACE did not exist. And LIFE did not exist. There was only the ETHER, the cosmic precursor of MAGIC.

The ETHER did not think, for there was nothing to consider but itself. It did not CONSUME and it did not BREATHE, for such actions required materials inexistent. It did not CREATE and it did not DESTROY, for there was nothing to create from, nor anything to destroy. It did not LIVE and it did not DIE, for such things held no bearing in a timeless existence. The ETHER did however FEEL. It FELT that GREAT CHANGE was coming. And the ETHER did KNOW. It KNEW that the CHANGE would be greater than it, its feelings and all its knowledge.

The ETHER PREDICTED. It PREDICTED the beginning of the UNIVERSE.

































Genotus 2



After eons spanning trillions of billions of years, but at the same time lasting only a moment, the ETHER began to CHANGE. It began to fold in upon itself and twist. It began to condense. After a brief millenia, and after a vast instance, much of the ETHER had disappeared. In its place stood the first BEINGS. These BEINGS were MIGHTY and ALL KNOWING, for they were made of the ETHER itself.

There was a being who was BRIGHT, and He shone with His radiance. There was a being who was DIM, and He consumed the light of the BRIGHT. There was a being who was CLEVER, and He surveyed the ETHER with interest. There was a being who was CREATIVE, and He wished to create. There was a being who was RESOLUTE, and He spoke what He would do and did it. There was a being who was KIND, and She brought the other beings together for communion.

The beings did SPEAK amongst each other, and they did create the first LANGUAGE. The beings explored each other's form, curious about its strengths and limitations. They explored the ETHER, and played and frolicked within it, unharmed by the ETHER's great power.

Eventually, the beings did realize the ETHER was malleable. They did realize the ETHER was theirs to CHANGE.




































Genotus 3



The CLEVER being, with His powerful comprehension, discovered that the ETHER could be shaped and torn from its source. He took the ETHER from His surroundings and gave it to the other beings for further experimentation.

The BRIGHT being took vanity into His work, and from the ETHER crafted something that shared His radiance. The BRIGHT being had created the first STARS, and the first ENERGY.

The CREATIVE being was inspired greatly by the ETHER. He wrapped and folded the ETHER into solid spheres. The CREATIVE being had created the first PLANETS, and the first MATTER.

The DIM being did not enjoy creating like the others. He instead found amusement in taking apart the STARS and PLANETS that the BRIGHT being and CREATIVE being had made. He crushed them into pieces, and ground them into dust.

The RESOLUTE being proclaimed that He would not let the shattered STARS and PLANETS go to waste. He took the broken MATTER of the PLANETS, and the broken ENERGY of the STARS, and created from them something new. The new things danced and played and flew about and shone. The RESOLUTE being had created the first LIFE.

The KIND being saw all of the creations the other beings had made with the ETHER, and began to place them where they would look their most pleasing. She placed the STARS amongst the mists of the ETHER. So too did She place the PLANETS. She gathered all of the LIFE and placed it onto one PLANET so that they could be observed.

After looking upon each other's efforts, the beings were met with INSPIRATION. They began to formulate a SCHEME. A PLAN for their own UNIVERSE.






































Genotus 4



Upon the PLANET hosting LIFE, they crafted FIRE and EARTH and AIR and WATER from the ETHER. From these materials they sculpted the rest of the PLANET. They crafted seas and oceans. They crafted mountains and valleys. They crafted atmospheres and weather. They crafted magma and volcanoes. So too did they craft new LIFE, and for the LIFE, diverse FORM. They crafted trees and animals, and blessed them. They crafted many wonderful creatures, and placed them where they would thrive. The last of the creatures they created were INTELLIGENT, STRONG WILLED, and ADAPTIVE. They were shaped in the beings' own image, with TWO ARMS and TWO LEGS and a BODY and HEAD. They dubbed these creatures NORNS, GRENDELS, HOBBITS, and GEATS, and blessed them. The NORNS, GRENDELS, HOBBITS and GEATS gave great thanks for being created, and worshiped the beings unconditionally. At last, the beings decided upon NAMES for THEMSELVES, so that their creations would better attribute their worship.

The BRIGHT BEING became COR LLARRSO, the GOD OF LIGHT.

The DIM BEING became GOL SAYBALT, the GOD OF SHADOW.

The CLEVER BEING became ZOZ ARINIRA, the GOD OF MAGIC.

The CREATIVE BEING became ROG ABDAGUS, the GOD OF CREATION.

The RESOLUTE BEING became VLI AGPLACA, the GOD OF LIFE.

The KIND BEING became FOY SUBESAA, the GODDESS OF NATURE.

Together the GODS placed their finishing touches upon their beautiful creation, and dubbed the planet MATERON. They observed the LIFE of MATERON for many eons to come, but at the same time, only for a moment.

As the LIFE on MATERON grew and reproduced, the GODS decided to create more BEINGS to assist them with MATERON. Eventually, and instantly, these BEINGS would become GODS themselves.
