A poll should be held somewhere about that.
It'd be interesting to see how many a us there are who like Homestesque/read it.

Seriously? Wow, that's awesome!
Wait, you didn't know you had that many fans???
Everything you need to know:
Called it.
Thats the problem with this adventure, It's just so QUALITY and ENGAGING!!!!![]()
Housetrapped? Don't Name It?
Are those supposedly bad fanadventures?
Because if they are, I think you forgot to add Albatross or whatever with all a those fantrolls engaged in that silly creepypasta-ish plot.
Now that fanadventure was just ridiculous, even if the flash games were pretty good.
But yes, PH, that's what you get for making quality flashes, quality characters and quality plots.
PH can take the last part in anyway he wants to. I mean, he /does/ have a fanpony.
Yeah, that vocal thing is important. I've been reading Fieldstuck without commenting for a little while now...been meaning to comment but I keep reading it on my phone and forgetting about it when I get to my computer...
Anyway, there obviously aren't 1700 vocal readers for homestesque either. I think in general a lot of people read some adventures without commenting.

4. HT and DNI aren't bad, and neither is Alabaster.
5. It might be a bit ridiculous but it's really quite engaging.
6. Fantrolls aren't that bad.
7. The author of Alabaster is actually a real author, having written a book in French which has been nominated for an award four times.

Anyways, PH, you're an awesome dude. I can't wait to see [REDACTED] in all its splendor.

Everything in the Spoiler!
Even with all the respect in the world for your opinion, and without having read Alabaster, I have to scoff a little at the the bolded "Real AuthorTM". Anyone who writes is a "Real Author," due to the definition of author; and thanks to postmodernism you can win an award for taking your messy bed to an art show. It's entirely a question of the quality of the work (which I am not calling into question here nor ever until I've actually read what you're talking about), no matter what the writer has or hasn't done in the past.
Anyway, I think the point of referring to DNI and Housetrapped was that the authors of those works were doing amazing work with an unbelievable frequency of update, but then completely and totally and permanently gave up (which I'm surmising based on DNI, which I have actually read, as opposed to Housetrapped, which I haven't).

Got Portal 2? Come check out my maps, please!
Active Adventures (awaiting suggestions):
PersonS-like Persona, but not | An Aranor Adventure-high fantasy and adventure | Odd One Out-3 best friends, a kidnapped girl, an evil king, and elves | Beasts-a tale of survival | The Longest Flashback-fantasy noir, or something like that | GUIH-raising a dragon is harder than it sounds. | MageBound-Fantasy+"Stuck" | Creation-wherein the readers are the mind of a universe's omnipotent god | The College of Magic-pretty much what it says on the tin
I'm baffled that my attempt to convey the idea that "If you drop this adventure I'm going to come and do what my name says with you in your house" ended up making people ranting about other fanventures.
I've skimmed around those three fanventures a bit, but when I looked at the later part and saw that Housetrapped and DNI is discontinued I stopped reading.
As for Alabaster I stopped reading after it gets creepy and weird because I'm here on this forum to read ridiculous shits.
As far as I'm aware, I don't think Housetrapped is discontinued, just not updating frequently at all right now. Also another reader here that doesn't comment much at all.

Congratulations on 1700+ viewers
Indeed. When we get to 2,000 we'll pop the champagne.
Yeah, this is pretty much on the Top 5 list of best Fanventures, and is probably one of the most original in terms of world-building and new mechanics. The problem being that I came in pretty much just before the hiatus is a bit of a pain and I haven't had much reason to comment aside from the huge party we had. But yeah there are a lot of people that read this if the previous shenanigans from before the hiatus are anything to go by.
