Rajilla's eye begins to twitch as her body goes through convolutions out of the mere gall that this so called wizard had to ignore her of all people. She angrily breaths and scowls at the "Dark Wizard." With a bit more anger and loudness to her voice, she once more asks "What-are-you-doing-and-why-are-you-here-and-would-you-get-the-hell-out?"

Steve winces and very slowly removes his hands from his ears, as if unsure that he is still capable of hearing after his travelling companion's outburst, but quickly regains his tongue before the other wizard has a chance to reply.

"While I do not wish to interrupt, you may have noticed but we appear to be driving through a warzone, I don't suppose you could disappear us to safety in the same way that you arrived?
That would certainly make cordial conversation somewhat easier, and we'd be less likely to be killed by stray catapult rounds. Perhaps it would even make us more inclined to listen to a mad old man who lives in an abomination unto nature and appeared unbidden in the middle of our humble cart.

Skeggi closes his fist and attemps to shut off the remaining flames.

Rajilla just flat out turns red and sort of starts foaming at the mouth.
It takes all of her willpower not to physically assault the Dark Wizard and to remain sitting in the cart, literally shaking in anger. Dark curses are recklessly and unknowingly spat out as miles and miles away the unspeakable words kill puppies and kittens from their utterance, completely unbeknownst to everyone here.

Iorni flips the book shut, so that if it hits at all, the flame-critter hits on the toughened book cover, where it can easily be put out. With that taken care of, she continues to pay the dark wizard little-to-no attention. It seems as though she is quite dedicated to continuing this air of indifference (She might seem, perhaps, a bit less indifferent were the book not doing a splendid job of concealing her now easily-reached knife).

At that sound of the portmanteau describing his ridiculously adorable creature which he deems as his pet, Michael immediately swept up Freckles in his shawl. Though, it was hard to tell where his hands are, the diviner was clearly hugging his cat-dog...thing, as though he was protecting her from whatever the Dark Wizard was going to dish out.

"Aha! It's complete!" Victor exclaims, returning from the almost trance-like process of autonomous artifact assembly holding a new invention that looks like a rudimentary clockwork revolver. In his trance he failed to notice the newcomer materialize.

"Impressive, eh?"

"You see there was this guy. You know guys, right?

Well he liked doing this... thing. It's hard to describe. It's like he would take the cutest part about any two animals, and combine them into one ridiculously cute critter.

So ... going on with this. He'd make these ridiculously cute things, and would hide in a shadow or something and wait until someone comes by, at which point he'd let one of them go - maybe a catdog, or ferretduck. Something. Until the person was so focused on petting the thing and giving it petnames, at which point he'd do one of three things.

He'd set it on fire, or he'd conjur a vat of acid to pour over the thing, or sometimes - and this was my personal favorite," the dark wizard reaches out, and wretches the fluffydog cat from Michael's hands.

"He'd walk out of his hiding place, take the critter, and just," the dark wizard drops the dogcat, punting it a good distance away from the cart, "drop n' punt. Just like that. Ahhahahahahahahahahaha I killed that bastard second. Don't worry. It's part cat. It'll land on it's feet."

Freckles lands on the floor, squealing in surprised pain. Although cats are known to land on their feet, they can only do that if they have enough height to reposition themselves.

On the bright side, Freckles seem pretty fine.

Michael quickly scoots up Freckles and immediately huddles at the corner of the cart

- as far away from the self-claimed Dark Wizard.

Victor contemplates the stranger's words while he twirls his revolver around "Well that does sound like the least painful alternative of the three."

This guy is frightening, perhaps it would be best not to disagree with him.

"Alright, can we then assume that watching the destruction of a poorly erected city of midgets from the cramped confines of a caravan full of unwashed, unwanted immigrants is your idea of a good time or do you actually want something?
Because while I will admit there is some artistic value in watching that wretched statue being pelted with rocks I hardly imagine that it was intentional, and if it's all the same to you I am going to be sleeping on the ground tonight so I would rather find some stretch of land far from a burning city full of people who are very soon going to require the supplies they just gave us back to do it on."

In an almost cyclic fashion, rather than channel her frothy rage into a physical bout, Rajilla instead closed her eyes and attempted just momentarily, to ignore the one who was ignoring her. Her mind retreated into a state of simplicity. Not thinking about this teleporting asshole, or his stupid tower, or his stupid... fucking... way... of ignoring her...

It was at this point that, in one fluid motion, Iorni stood up, letting her book fall to the floor, and drove the fleshy palm of her hand into the side of the "dark wizard"'s face, creating a resounding SLAP.

Hilt of her knife grasped in the other hand, there was no doubt that he now had her full attention.

"Oh my, I didn't expect that of the bookworm.
I hope you know how to use that kitchen knife of yours."

As if right on cue, Rajilla breaks out of her temporary trance, and rather than keep up any pretense of being calm leaps over to the so called idiot that called himself a Dark Wizard and had the fucking gall to ignore her, Rajilla Calimar Madro. Grappling with the ass that had occupied the cart, she looked him in the eye, spit at him, and hissed "Get out."
