He could have just bled out or died of hunger, he's pretty sensitive to food-related issues. Then again, I think it would be pretty morbid if he died of blood-loss while his group was right there in the throes of psychological candyland.

I think I figured out why I think there'll be a Prophecy Twist. It's because everyone seems to be taking the prophecy at face value, which means they're going to get slapped in the face with it. If they start trying to figure out possible whether the prophecy means something different, then it could end up going either way.
