Looks like someone didn't actually read the topic. It has already been explained that we are waiting for the 1.3 update, and the plugins to be updated with it.

I'm actually considering just standing up the server with the core plugins because of how long 1.3 is taking.

I heard that there's going to be one of the last pre-releases for 1.3 this week. They'll likely have the real deal next week.
I would suggest waiting just a little bit longer.

Thanks everybody for waiting patiently for the server to come back up! It's not updated to Bukkit with full plugins yet, but Techno and I will hopefully have it fully functional soon.

As a recap in case you didn't read my last couple of posts, we're going to have a new map and possibly fresh plugins because the server failure wiped the old data. If the plugin data was indeed wiped (I haven't checked yet), I'm afraid everybody will have to reapply with their Minecraft username so I can add them to the permissions list again.
