In the Legend of Korra, I want to see a descendant of that Cabbage Merchant, but instead this one sells pumpkins.

    Hell yes.
But instead have him suffer from amnesia so whenever his pumpkins are ruined he says "My pumpkins!...Wait, were there any pumpkins there to begin with?" And then someone asks him where his pumpkins went and he replies "What Pumpkins?"

Great Scott. Just had an IDE. The Cabbage Merchant in the new series will be a reference to Cut Me Own Throat Dibbler.

Something I learned: The chinese word for forced labour camps is Laogia. The Dai Li headquarters is under Lake Laogai.

    funfax

except I'm not 100% sure about the first part because I learned about it reading a mad magazine...

Yes! Avatar is probably my favorite anime. (Though people on other sites have scolded me, tellin' me that it ain't because of it being made in america, but I don't listen to them.) At first, when I heard about it, I was like, "What's steampunk?". Then I asked my cousin, and told him that it was for the new Avatar series, and he said it would be stupid. But then I saw the trailer. That ends my doubts.
I hated it though that they butchered the first season with that movie -_-*...

What movie? You are clearly babbling madness, as there is no movie. I am positive that no such movie has ever been produced, and I know of no projects for such an undertaking in the near future.

I can't recall any such movies myself. And if there was a movie, NO
I seriously can't wait for this series. I loved The Last Airbender so much. Seeing how this series will be made by the same people. I'm ready for another load of goosebumps

Yes, I think they did, though this is purely speculatory about something that doesn't exist.

I don't know of this imaginary thing you guys are talking about, but if I did know, I didn't bother watching it after hearing the bad reviews.
In other news, I am so excited for Legend of Korra that I thought about going into cryogenic sleep until it comes out.

Cyrogenic sleep seems a bit expensive for just a few months :/
    I heard it's coming out Summer 2012?

That soon? I was expecting at LEAST early Fall. I may have to rethink this...

I've heard everything from spring to 2013. Nickelodeon is just being completely stupid about it.

    Truth sucks sometimes. *shrug*

    ...like the movie. Which existed.

...my dad actually liked it, apparently. In his defense, he's never seen the cartoon, so that gives him a little leeway?

I think I remember seeing an animated GIF of cartoon Aang doing that when the movie first came out.

    It was very funny.
