07:00-08:00- Commuting. God damn fire benders and their loud music on the tram.
08:15- Coffee time. Lieutenant is looking down today- must be another bad date. Poor guy just can't catch a break.
08:30- Morning meeting. On the topic today: Rally tomorrow, bender captives whereabouts, office supply theft.
10:00- Radio message recording. Got a sore throat, sound like Crowcat with a speech impediment. Oh well.
11:00- Visiting Chi Blocker training camp. Show the students some of my moves. Offer to pay for broken limbs.
12:00- Lunch time. Not going to Hen Lu's place again. He uses water bending to cook. Plus, the food gives me the runs.
13:30- Work on giant robot. I dig this giant robot. The giant robot is going to dig benders. graves.
16:00- Hit on Nellin the secretary. She doesn't go for it. Must be a council spy.
16:30- Prepare for rally. Polish mask, choose victims.
18:00- Rally time. Fight against Boon the Bonecrusher of the Rock Slides. Take away bending. And teeth.
20:00- Quitting time. God damn fire benders with their hip haircuts on the tram.
21:00- Home. Feed fish. Plan demise of all benders. Listen to Beef Flambe radio drama. Love that show.
22:00- Bed. Early worm steals the bird's powers.

This has been an average day in the life of Amon.
But what does wear while doing his everyday stuff I MUST KNOW.

    Amon's wardrobe:

3: Ceremonial robes- gray and red.
5: Ceremonial pants- tends to get muddy with water benders.
3: Masks- Elephanthog ivory- old ivory only, do not support hunting endangered animals.
2: Jogging suits: gray and red.
1: Jogging mask: painted to look like a face to avoid suspicion.
3: Casual jacket: the ladies love these.
1: Signed Biff Flambe T-shirt. Love that show. Will take the bending of narrator last.
4: Work overhauls- don't want to get robo-oil on nice robes.
1:Turtleteck sweater- you liked them before they were popular.
My Fanfic: Last Journey of the Knight of Sands, a tale of memory and loss.

Just because you are the possibly psychotic leader of an anti-bending revolutionary faction doesn't mean you can't look good while doing it, right?

(I wonder what hairstyle he wears.)
Your name is ILIKEOCTOPUS, but you are usually called OCTI for short. Your hobbies include PLAYING THE VIOLIN, READING, and GETTING DISTRACTED, though you sometimes try not to do that last one. Your chumhandle is cascadeViolinist and you tend to use contractions only when you are very excited and trail off in the middle and end of sentences... but you often attempt to avoid that.

Just watch not even him be sure. Amon probably just never takes off his robe and mask, even when bathing. He's afraid to be caught off guard by a stray bender at any given moment, equalists must always be prepared.

You know, that last statement could be taken entirely seriously as well as the joke I'm assuming you mean it as, given what history has taught us...

So, um Toph's date of death/age is not listed and less of her life too (in comparison to other previous statues of major historical people). Which makes me think we are overlooking what happened to her and will be resolved in story with her perhaps dying in war/murdered. any thoughts?

I was actually joking, but now I'm just going to assume that this is exactly why Amon never takes off his mask/cloak.
This is also why only Taft should ever have to hold conferences in the bathtub...

I never thought about it before, but something must have happened to her considering the fact that Toph was the youngest of the group. Maybe this is somewhat behind Lin's constant grumpiness.

Toph is like Theodore Roosevelt. Death could only take her in her sleep, because she would have beaten the shit out of it if she was awake.

And Death's (non-existent) heart was pounding the entire time and he was all like...

"Please let her not wake up, please let her not wake up, oh please oh please oh please..."

...But yeah, going with 'died in her sleep' as the most likely option here, assuming that she's dead to begin with (no death date implies no death, but I could be wrong on this...)

"In other news, Toph Bei Fong was found dead of natural causes in her home at the age of seventy-nine. Of note is the fact that the middle finger of her right hand was extended, and that her left contained several human ribs from an unknown source. Her daughter, Lin Bei Fong, commented to he press that her mother's last words were "The dumb bastard's going to try it while I'm asleep, mark my words."

Death never got those ribs back. He would have collected them, but he was still afraid that she would wake up.

I was just thinking the same thing.

In general: DAT ACTION. This is so much better than anime, lol.

    Hell to the fucking yes.

Everything is badass and nothing hurts.

    Shiro Shinobi is awesome.

    Lin is double awesome.

    Amon is awesome.

    Everything is awesome.

YES, THIS EPISODE IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE.

Especially the part where Lin got to be awesome. And Bo Lin got to be awesome. 2X LIN COMBINATION OF AWESOME.

Also, that vague vision Korra saw needs to be speculated on, as well as Lin and Tenzin's past relationship.

And what Role Tahno will play now, considering that he's now just a Gary Oak without any pokemon to brag about.

I'm curious as to that Equalist with the sticks. We've seen him a few times now, I wonder if he has any importance past having a unique fighting style.

Probending is nice, but I'm already starting to get a little tired of it. The actual fighting seems like it's more or less the same thing every fight, and it's all just very controlled. ATLA's fighting scenes were more like what we got at the end of today's episode, where everything's a lot more freeform and interesting. I hope that we can get more scenes like that.

The pro-bending season is over, given that the tournament was not only finished, but trashed by an open declaration of rebellion, so i don't think that's going to be much of an issue.
