    I mean it's not like we didn't know something like this was going to happen. Romance without tension is lame. In the first season romance had its tension because the characters were awkward kids in their early teenage years. Can't replicate that with the older characters in Korra so we have a classic love triangle (square? more of a straight line actually) instead.

    Well, shippers will be shippers. Until my superweapon is completed at least, we'll just have to put up with them. Hopefully, this won't turn into another Zutara debacle.

    I'm really interested to see how this goes. People are already theorizing that she is an Equalist just so she ends up being a villain and therefore not Mako's girlfriend.

    The theory is almost certainly bull shit. Maybe there will be some substance to it in the fourth episode but I seriously doubt it. She's looking like the bad ass normal fourth member of the cast to me, like Sokka before her.

    The basis is Die for Our Ship and nothing more.

    We're only three episodes into the new season and shippers are already having conniptions? I really need to get on track with watching the first few episodes before I fall any further behind; the potential of Son of Cabbage Man should've been enough to lure me as is.

    The writers aren't really helping, I mean there's already been a scene where Mako and Korra are sleeping together.
