So far you can absorb organic(meat) objects. These slots cannot be switched out and are permanent.



These are your body slots. You can combine with objects put into these slots, but may not absorb them.

Well, you could absorb the metal cuffs to rip 'em off or something.
Oh and you can feel a shard nearby. Really big shard.

The door slides out of the previously smooth wall, you can hear voices outside.


"Right through here, sir."
"Good."
After a brief pause, you can see the shard bob into view.


A gruff voice commands you to "Get out here Core! We have some tests!"

What do you do?

Going through the door as instructed, you come face-to-face with the shard you felt earlier.


It's practically pitch black out here. thankfully you've adjusted to this sort of thing. Unfortunately, there is a guard behind you and an unknown shard in front of you.

The guard, in a metallic voice talks on what you think might be a relay-radio or something "Yes, he is out. Affirmative, I have the detonator. Standing by."


The shard raises to almost twice your height and you hear a deep voice ruminating from its direction
"HAHAHA. You really are a core aren't you! Even better than what I've caught so far! You look like a fuckin' Christmas tree!


The shard then bobs off in front of you, almost silently, if not for it's voice.
C'mon Core, follow my shard. Don't be too far behind or I'll tell the guard to activate the detonators!


Walking behind the shard. You think to yourself, that you should try for the guard first, since the detonators sound pretty deadly. Your group soon passes by an open door that can barely be read that says "Security." The light illuminates your captor, which does not make him seem any less threatening at all.


Soon the shard stops in front of you and turns.
"Keep going Core. Straight ahead.


The perfect chance! Since the guard is right behind you, and that shard user is behind why not cause some damage? Wait...click?


"I love it when they fall for that."

I can't speak for everybody, but it doesn't seem necessary to me. I can follow it just fine.

She promptly pulls you to her tent and pushes you in despite what you say the whole time.
