Has there been any evidence that Jane/Roxy/Dirk/Jake had those names in B1? (they were named by different people after all) How about John/Rose/Dave/Jade having those name in B2?
Not much directly, except for this quote:
But then, if the whoppers you have been told recently have any truth to them, maybe you will get to meet him after all? It seems too good to be true. The only relationship you have ever had with him are through video footage of his VAUDEVILLIAN ANTICS on stage. Or through his role as Judge Johnny Stone on one of your favorite old sitcoms, NIGHT COURT.
John has probably the same name in both universes. This is my source of that.
The book is an exact copy from the one of B1. It begins with "Dear John", and Jane knows it was addressed to her Poppop from the text.
That means John had the same name.
I think this means that the other Kids might have had the same name too.

Jake understands Jade and John to be his grandmother and Jane's poppop, which wouldn't be possible if they had different names. Other than those two, no.
If you want a point of contrast, consider that Aranea and Spinneret Mindfang had different names despite being the same person. But trolls might work differently.

In this panel:
We see that Gamzee has a poster on his wall of a clown with what looks like UU's horns. Has this been explained/noticed before?

I'm not so sure that isn't, though Weird Time Shit, the same book B1 John had, but there is another clue: Poppop's credit on Night Court. The real world actor on Night Court was Harry Anderson, while the character was named Harry Stone. But tellingly, Poppop's character was named Johnny Stone despite everything else being the same...
@Maximus: I don't know about "noticed" but there's probably not much of significance to it. UU's horns look like her symbol, like everyone else's, but as far as that poster's concerned, wavy horns were probably just the simplest thing that popped into Andrew's head that day.

When John went god-tier, his regular self remained on the quest bed and his dreamself was the one that went god-tier. The same applies to Jade. However, when Vriska went god-tier, her regular self went god-tier and her dreamself vanished. Why does god-tier resurrection do different things in such similar circumstances?
She later retrieved her clothes from her dead body, hence why she wears the shirt with the arm torn off.

I initally thought you were wrong, Redux, but then I realized that the blue background of Vriska's ascension doesn't fit with the sunset colors of LOMAT. Vriska ported off to battlefield is confirmed. Yay!
How does Jane's Maid of Life powers work? It says on the wiki that she posesses healing abilities, yet she clearly died when she got stabbed and you can't heal something that is dead... so does she revive instead? And if so, does this mean shes physically immortal?
Her dreamself revived shortly after it died. Thus, she is "made of life".

Simple question:
What happened to the lususprites?
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
According to Karkat and Equius in Alterniabound, they died. We don't know when or how.
