You momentarily take a break from reality. It looks like Dispeare wants to use your phone to speak with another ghost friend of this, who just happens to live with your best friend forever! You've never asked how spirits are able to use technology like that, and you also figure that you wouldn't understand the process even if Dispeare wanted to explain it.
You can either trust Dispeare to connect your mind with your phone or some wierd science crap, or dial your friend the old-fashioned way. It should be noted that Dispeare is a spiteful spirit with a selfish streak.

Exposition time!
Okay, I thought I would take this chance to explain a little about what the "ghosts" are. When Annabelle talks about ghosts, she means that her friend's companions aren't spirits of dead things, but former essences. Have you ever heard the expression, "You're a ghost of your former self?" I wanted the phantoms that accompany my characters to be the embodiment of something. In Annabelle's world, only a select few can see these essences, but they are everywhere, each in different forms and with different powers according to what they represent. For example, Dispeare is a drama mask, with a name combining "despair" and "Shakespeare" because he embodies theater. The only other spector we've met is an essence of arachnids, specifically scorpions. There's one more character I want to introduce, but before the story can really get-going, I need some suggestions. So, without further ado, let's type like we've never typed before!
