Mayor Maynot - July 2011 - Homestuck Summary: Sandy dudes in rags in the future fool around with electrical equipment. One of them appoints himself as mayor and another thinks she's a mailwoman and gets in a swordfight with the one who thinks he's Judge Dredd. This is that story, told through my own nasally voice clips and nostalgic children's cartoon shows.

Except the "I AM THE LAW" quote from previously-mentioned Judge Dredd also appears, so it's hard to tell, really. If it is Radiation's voice, the question makes it sound like an external source; I can't think of a way to phrase the question that removes that subtext, though.
