I love learning the rules to things like this in fictional settings. And now I'm really curious to know what circumstances led to Isaac being possessed by a dying spirit, and how his powers compare to the tool-users'.

Man a Paranatural RPG would be great. The tutorial section could be pre-tool/medium possession, and then you would just be thrust out into the world with a "HAVE FUN OK" sort of attitude. It'd be a fun co-op game too I'd bet, but considering how much this comic seems to depend on people's powers working together, I think that'd be far too difficult unless it was a pen and paper sort of affair.
