A few interesting notes:

When UU talks to Jane and Dirk, it seems to be before her session has actually started, but when she talks to Roxy, it's indicated that she already knows her title. Either her conversation with Roxy took place later-for-UU than the others, or she somehow found out her title through other means.

Dirk does not know about Troll Romance. Which means that his interest in Jake is not as moirails, and he really was just correcting the Auto Responder on a perceived typo. This makes the fact that Roxy knows about quadrants and the autoresponder knows about buckets even more curious.

Finding out her title is as simple as asking some random Prospitian while she's asleep, and it's possible UU talked about quadrants without going into detail about troll reproduction.

Not exactly destroyed or Dave would be souless, but mostly like I believe that depending on how he manage his power, he might be able to get different results. In Dave case, I believe he could have cut Dave soul in two. And speculating more, making Dave be awake on Derse without knowing, I mean, double places to be conscious, just like Dirk is with his dreamself.

However, that red 6-shaped marking on the edge of her sleeve points to being related to Karkat, if that's supposed to be her sign.

Is it 6-shaped? Unless she's wearing her clothes inside out or we're looking into a mirror or some shit, it's not a 6. It's definitely reminiscent of Karkat's sign, though. Might be that the other sleeve has the other half, or, yes, her brother.

Or it's a delta, which isn't particularly interesting.

Well, maybe it helped him to wake up as dreamself before entering the medium, unlike Rose who seems to have took a long time in the alternate timeline, and at the cost of herself in a doomed timeline on alpha timeline.

That's kind of obvious, isn't it? Bro raised him, and it's not like his issues are genetic (though even then they could be thanks to Bro). The question is whether they were caused because Bro was a Prince of Heart, or just because he was a shitty parent.
