I will state this right now: the "original" Nepeta was not born through ecto biology. That greenish one is actually the one with Elitaa's blood color, the color that Karkat's slot replaces/occupies in canon if you align the zodiac order with the hemospectrum order.

I actually used a random number generator to determine which Nepeta clone would be shown in the last panel.

After a quick Google search, I understand that the suggestion was related to a character and not an action. I'll decide if I could do anything with this, but for now there's a plot I want to wrap up.)

Yeah I know the guy who made the "I am an asshole" reffrence (Protonjon, on the Runawayguy's let's play of New Super Mario Bros Wii) didn't like it himself, but... yeah....

This is probably the second-to-last scene with the Fox Crew/Millennium before they will start to get involved with the kids.

The flashback-within-a-flashback takes place before the events of the Fox Crew part of the character select, hense why Jan wasn't there to kill them again in that part, and why there's still a pyramid. (Well for the latter you could say that the pyramid Cartman entered as not the same as the one in the Fox Crew arc....

That text on Eridan takes a little bit to explain: It's actually from Elitaa's base. You see, I have a large (currently it's 5,888 x 1,224 but I'm sure I'll have to expand it yet again soon) image containing several sprites I use or think I will use repeatedly. And sometimes I write notes on it. That was one of the notes, telling myself to change the horns of the glasses-less sprite of Elitaa (yes I have one of her without her glasses). I may post the template page soon.

Wanna know a secret?

The trolls are probably my least favorite part to write in this adventure, mostly because I simply can't get them to do SBAHJ-esque shenanegans. What they have done so far in the story comes off as a huge wall of exposition, romance talk, and an anachronic mess. It's like every complaint about A5A1 and A6 in general turned up and without anything redeeming it. Nobody else really seems to like it either, because it looks Sweet TROLLS and Hella MORE TROLLS is where my suggestion rate plumbeted. I am actually very glad this marks the end of their arc for now.

Anyway I'm planning a long hiatus after the intermission ends. Since this has gone on for half a year now, I want the ending of the intermission and the beginning of act 2 to really be big moments. So I'll draw up massive re-designs for Elitaa and the counterparts. (Including outright changing the sign of the former because... well I can't say exactly why without telling what her motif is supposed to be but let's just say that half of her sign is wrong.)
