YAY. More people are doing it! Including one of the guy's who's been reading this story from the beginning! I AM PLEASED.
As for the clip itself, MM, I noticed it was kind of quiet. Not bad, but just a bit on the low side. But you did a good job with it; I want to hear more!
Man, I seriously need to get a hold of my mic. I want to do some, myself!

My Stories
The Game, and Those Who Play: "A set of stories detailing moments in the lives of those who play the Game, and the destinies they are a part of. Some Players will fulfill their own Destinies. Others will fail. And so the Game goes."
Or: That story where ArcFour tries to achieve the improbable, with various measures of success/failure!
Or: That story that's so big that the chapters can't fit into the signature!
Or: That story that's pretty much jossed about once a week, much to the author's dismay!
Or: That story with the Sylphs. What's up with them? God.
If you're referring to the volume, I think it's because I keep forgetting to change the input volume lately. I'll try to be better about that moving forward.

Hahahaha, that's funny. I was talking about mythmonster's Bard of Time clip, specifically. Your volume is fine, Melee!

So, I lost my voice last week, and was unable to record more, as I planned. But, my voice is back and I return with, not one, but two tracks ready for the listening! For some reason, both of these became somewhat muffled after I uploaded them to Tindeck, but I think the quality should still be acceptable. I'm particularly proud of the Thief here. She (I have her as a she) was fun to record.
Yes, myth, that was spot on. I especially liked the Thief, you did a great job with her. It makes me want to make sure my next Thief is more like her, hehe. Diabolical characters are almost as fun to write as crazy ones!

Two more things up! Summer vacation starts tomorrow, so I should be able to upload more of these at a more rapid pace. Who knows, I might be caught up eventually. I had to redo the Sylph a few times until I was happy with it. Hopefully the other Sylphs will be smoother sailing, or I may end up like you, Arc4.
Wow, some increase of volume that was from my end. I was out doing summer vacation things, but I have returned with the Page and Maid of Time. The Page was rather tough to get a good voice for, while Aradia was a breeze. Will be putting up the Prince, Witch, and Knight (Dave!) later.
EDIT: I apparently just noticed that there is randomly a gap of a few seconds in the Maid. I have... no idea why that is there, because it wasn't there before I uploaded to Tindeck, nor is it there in the saved version of the mp3 I have on my computer.

Amalgam, that is really, really cool. What else are you doing? Other titles, or more pictures for this title?
Oh god oh god I can't wait. The first moment I can I'm posting this on AO3. That is, if I have your permission!
Thank you a lot, Amalgam, and I am seriously looking forward to the rest of it!
Okay now I'm seriously inspired to start up Space.

Thought that I would give this a go myself, in a sort of "Grand Storyteller" vibe. Not entirely sure that it worked, but what can you do? Just the preface, to start out with, though.
Hah, that was fun, Janus. My thought process as I pulled it up was something like "Oh, cool, someone else is doing them too! Well, that's fine by me, the more the OH DAMN HE'S BRITISH."
lol! But yeah, I'd love to hear more. And Melee, great job, as ever! And prompt, too; especially considering I haven't been writing in, what, three months? You are on the ball, sir.

Well, I check the AO3 Homestuck index every morning just to see what piques my interest or if a story I'm reading has been updated. When I saw Those Who Play, I was pretty much like, "HERE WE GO!" Imagine my further surprise when I saw both the Thief and Bard there.
Also, Janus, I thought you did pretty well. At first, I thought your pace was a bit fast, but after listening to it again, I take it back.

So, I believe I promised the Prince, the Witch, and the Knight a while back (over a month!) and now I have delivered, at last. You may notice that the the sound quality has been much improved, thanks to my obtaining of a real headset and not just using the crappy laptop mic I had before. Second canon handle here with Dave, and to be honest, I have no idea how I did with him. Anyways, next up will be the Seer and, finally, the Heir!

I think I'll have to agree, you did seem to go a bit fast at times, JL. But that Heir was pretty much perfect. I got real chills listening to it.
And I have finally finished Time. As expected, the Heir was great fun to do. Now, onwards to the next aspect!
And three more titles hot off the press. I'm found the Forger to be just plain fun to record, while the Knight and the Prince both had some rather heavy doses of parentheses, which are rather difficult to work in properly in recording. Either way, it's nice to be on a new Aspect.
