Currently Na[SR] is too busy to change them, so they are on extreme hold.

To be a little bit clearer, Brian (NotASenator) is the only one who can/will do them, and he not only finds the whole process kind of time-consuming and annoying, but in his spare time (which there was not a lot of to begin with, he's a busy dude) he has a brand-new human being to take care of right now (welcome to the world, Vivian!) so he's hardly spending any time on the forums. He and Rincebrain (another busy dude) still have to finish fixing the forums and themes after that update that borked everything, so I suspect it will be quite some time before name changes come around again. Sorry!
