Even if the device is still around, one, we don't know if it works on humans, and two, it runs on uranium, which it might not have any of left or certainly not an indefinite amount.

1- Ectobiology machines work on things period. Hussie's confirmed that with an ectolab, you could make human/troll hybrids.

2- Uranium grist is still a thing that Dave has a shitton of.

i have no clue. it's all been so vague. i think it's supposed to be the new universe or something? even though that's a frog? maybe it requires a ton of grist to finish though?

im not one of the more observant members around here though and the big sburb questions are my weak point anyway

All I know so far is that the genesis frog will grow somehow into the universe. Also the fenestrated wall doesn't seem to be a prerequite to complete a session in a normal session. And FINALLY the things that needs the most grist so far are organic stuff.

Beyond that, no damned clues. But repopulating an universe seems to be an acceptable purpose for all that grist (also on a note, in the Troll's session they havent picked the rigth frog, causing a cancer. Which is basically a mutation. So instead of repopulating with trolls they created humans. We are the cancer. /THEORY).
