I wouldn't go THAT far yet. I mean, yeah, Jane is in a pretty foul mood right now, but I don't think she's gonna Eridan-out on us, or go Grim-anything, really. Her situation, alien brain-shenanigans aside, is a pretty common and all-too-human occurance.
I think she'll just be pissy about it for a bit. Hopefully, focusing on the game will help clear her of mindcontrol.

That's not entirely true, Jack killed Dream Jade with Prospit's Moon before Becquerelization(though that was probably just a fortunate coincidence) and he ordered the Droll to kill her after he gained Bec's traits.
