WIWTE: I post altogether too much. I have nothing to say, no get insights, and unoriginal IDE. An if anybody takes that as an excuse to stoke my ego, I will flip of the mothereffing handle. I try to restrict myself by only posting things taller than my avatar, and only posting thoughts longer than what ever I am quoting. But I fail pretty badly. I just always have a problem with talking over people IRL, why should here be different?

As someone who ordinarily posts very rarely (I have far fewer than .50 posts per day on another forum I frequent) (Though the opposite seems to be the case on this forum. This has probably been the most I've ever participated in in pretty much any conversation ever) I would guess that, in moderation, a greater volume of less "useful" posts might actually be better than fewer, more involved posts. Maybe it's just a case of people wanting the opposite of what they have, but I really do feel that, especially in a context such as this thread, a more fluid, dynamic conversation is better. If everybody was as reluctant to post as myself the conversation would never move anywhere!
